Amazing food and service. Makenna , Ella, Lyla, Karen and the rest of the crew are definitely worth 5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

There was this young blonde woman with a country accent who told me to meet her in the back on her break, 10/10 experience

Normally I love this place. I’ve never had a bad experience in any of the sister restaurants! Until today, I walk in and was greeted but waited and waited until I asked how I can order a dessert to go. She was rude and inpatient, I get over to the bar and her service wasn’t great either. She took absolutely forever getting two slices of cheesecake.

Is this the same owner at local on 17 and Bella Mia?

A Richmond Hill gem. We had a birthday dinner here with 2 friends and had a great experience. Food and desserts were excellent. They have a fairly small and intimate dining area but we never felt rushed to vacate the table. It’s not a cheap place to eat but the serving sizes were ample for our appetite desires. Try the crème brûlée!

Fantastic restaurant with amazing, friendly service from Karen. Delish craft cocktails -- the peach margarita is divine, and perfect for a hot summer dinner. The grit sampler was fabulous, and the slow-braised beef short rib and a side of homemade macaroni and cheese was meant in your mouth delicious, just like Granny made it in the kitchen. Do not miss the peach cobbler creme brûlée for dessert. Definitely eating there again, next time we are coming through town. A really delicious find!

Amazing Drinks, Fire Food, & Great Vibes!

Grit & Grain was a whole vibe! Makenna seriously killed it behind the bar — her cocktails were phenomenal. The Watermelon Mule and Pineapple Mojito were both super refreshing and full of flavor. Easily some of the best drinks I’ve had in a while.

Also… do not sleep on the French onion-style short rib sliders. Those things were unreal. Melt-in-your-mouth good with crazy flavor — 100% worth it.

Wonderful experience for a small family run restaurant. Formal but not too formal. Delicious food choices and food came o it wonderfully done. Well seasoned, except the mashed potatoes- those could’ve passed as an instant potatoes if I didn’t have more faith that they wouldn’t do that.

Amazing food and service. The atmosphere is perfect for having a conversation.
The soup of the day was a Watermelon Gazpacho, which is served cold.
The special was Wahoo and Cranberry Risotto.
I'm afraid my words might fail to express how delicious everything was, from the appetizers, through coffee and desserts.
