Food was not good. Ordered chicken chimichanga. Chicken was not cooked. Staf was very friendly. Going to the restaurant for about 20 years. Food is not good the way it used to be.

This was my first time eating at jalapeños in Richmond Hill and I most definitely will let you know it would not be my last. The food was fast, fresh and delicious, but on top of that our waitress Kaylee gave us the best customer service, it felt as if we were old friends. I really enjoyed the customer service, I will definitely return.

This has been the worse restaurant experience ever !!! The staff were absolutely rude, the food was ice cold. I asked if it could be warmed and they gave me the hardest time and took FOREVER to do it. So, we decided we no longer wanted the food cause of how terrible the service was. They still made us pay the bill for food we DIDN’T EVEN TOUCH !! The manager was not helpful and refused to help us. Please, save yourself your money and gas and don’t eat here !! I’m 29 and this has been the worse restaurant experience thy far!
