Was in the area for a work trip and hand a stressful day. Went out to grab a late night snack and shoot some pool. It was Monday so they were playing pool league. A few players noticed I had a pool case with me and came up to say hello. I was warmly welcomed into the pool family and shot a few games with the locals. Had some good conversations and met some nice people. I’ll absolutely stay nearby next time I’m in town so I can visit this place again.

Last night started out fun until my bf phone died. He asked a worker behind the bar if they had a charger to charge his phone because he pays with Apple Pay. He stepped outside smoked tried to go back inside to get his phone and the bar worker and cook female was extremely rude they didn’t let him back in, kept saying his phone wasn’t in there and they were about to close he needed to leave. He was upset because he needs his phone especially to clock in for work. Nobody tried to listen but they did call the police…… this my second going their and I’m starting to feel like if he was a white man things would have went differently.
