KFC

Traveling through and was hungry for a famous bowl and they did not disappoint. Food was delicious and workers were friendly.

I’ve been in this area for a little over a year, and I’ve had many bad experiences with fast food/restaurants, but this place put them all to shame. It was fast and it was friendly, and everyone had a smile. That’s the most important thing!!!!

Customer Service was awful tonight!! Employee tone and attitude was totally off. If don't have custoer service skills, stay home

I would like to comment on my KFC experience in the Richmond Hill Ga location on April 11 2025..We went inside service was good.. The food was good it had flavor you could taste the difference in the chicken, coleslaw, gravy not sure what the diffence is but I'm glad had stop going there cause the food was so bland good job we will be back

Do I really have to give one star?? Horrible experience. Right when we walked in I knew it was trouble. From the angry faces of customers waiting to the frightened faces of door dashers dreading their own inevitable bad review! Waited several minutes without being acknowledged then decided to try the drive through. Foiled again!! Finally took my order and told me it was gonna be awhile since I was ordering chicken! WHAT THE HELL ELSE WOULD IBE AT KFC FOR??!! It wasn’t one of their combo stores. At that point I just had to laugh and move on. Very unfriendly staff. Can’t comment on the food because I never got any.

My experience today was disappointing. *IF YOU DONT SEE ANYONE IN THE PARKING LOT THEN DONT ORDER ANY FOOD, Because they’re gonna give you old chicken. The customer service was okay but my food was cold and the hot peppers I ordered on the side was soft and bitter. That IS NOT how I remember them tasting. Also , the sweet tea was OVERLY sweet even with me adding extra ice. 1/10 do not recommend.

You come in to pick up an order the worker tells you it’s going to be 5 minutes you go back and sit in your car and wait 4 minutes return inside only to be told they thought you wasn’t waiting now it’s going to be another damn 20 minutes to wait on chicken to be cooked cause they have to someone else. These workers don’t use common sense. They can see you right outside the door. I mean like WTH. Fire them all start over.

In order, but manager quickly got it redone! Cashier needs a lesson in customer service! Avoidance is not service!

The food was great but the service and the atmosphere were horrible. There were workers in the lobby on their phones instead of tending to the customers. A man that looked like a trucker, came in, had to call the 2 young ladies off of their phones and said “what- are y’all on vacation?” and they laughed- thought it was funny. After ordering his food, he had to wait for a good minute just to get his food and than when he left- both ladies were back on their phones and he said “enjoy y’all’s vacation”. The lobby was nasty and the tables had crumbs all over them. When we got their- people that was sitting down had been there awhile and kept getting aggravated about the wait.

Just pulled up a few minutes ago (9:35pm on a Tuesday) and was told by the tall skinny black man, “We have 12 pieces of chicken left, that’s it! We closing!” So… needless to stay, we didn’t become a customer today :(

ALL I CAN SAY IS MMMMMMMMMMMMMMM GOOD!!! IF I COULD GIVE LARRY 10 OUT OF 10 I WOULD. THIS IS THE BEST KFC CHICKEN, BUSCUITS, AND GREEN BEANS I HAVE EVER HAD. I AM EVEN HAPPY TO FIND A KFC THAT SERVES GREEN BEENS!!! THE BREAST WAS FRESH AND JUICY; NOT DRY!!! SHOUT OUT TO THE RESPECTABLE SOCIABLE, YOUNG LADY AT DRIVE THROUGH. THESE OTHER KFC'S DO NOT HAVE IT.

Got a famous bowl and it has three itty bitty nuggets.....

Had to wait well over 40 mins from the time my mobile order was ready staff was rude to other customers while i was standing there. Manager disappeared staff said ran to the store and there was nothing they could do to help anyone. Finally got my food and it wasn’t even hot i won’t be returning for anything.
