Worst KFC we've ever been in. Stopped on our way home to NC for supper. Mensroom locked, ladies room does not Lock. FAMOUS BOWL IS awful. I get this All the time, for years , from New England to Florida. Watery, hardly any gravy, bowl only half full, 3 pieces of chicken. Very disappointing 😞 😕 😔

The Chicken was undercooked and looked GROSS!!
It was also COLD!!!!
SAVE YOIR MONEY, and Don’t go there.
Nobody answers the Phone when you call them to complain!
NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!!
SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Did drive thru and it wasn't great. Had to wait 15 minutes for white meat, then when we got home, found out that we were missing one of our sides. My husband had plastic wrap in his chicken, then the bottom fell out of his box.

Started off with ordering on the kiosk per the note from staff. They were short handed. Then we were told after ordering there was no white meat left. I felt as if something couldve been said beforehand.

Chicken wasn’t cooked all the way. Red and bloody inside. It’s violation to the public health to serve uncooked chicken. Just avoid this place.

I asked if they can give me leg and thigh, i had stomach surgery and can't meat white meat because it's too dry. The manager just told the employee to put the box to the side had me wait and just had a whole meeting in front of me with all the employees and then the supervisor came out and she ran to complete the order. How rude 😒

The employees especially the woman working drive thru, has horrible customer service! The managers are rude and have horrible people skills they make your order Incorrect and then get upset with you! If they wore name tags I would put their names in here personally! KFC you need to do better with your employees and their attitude

Just passing through and have to say hands down the best chicken I've ever had from KFC 🍗 amazing job store 🙌 yall was very nice as well
