I asked if they can give me leg and thigh, i had stomach surgery and can't meat white meat because it's too dry. The manager just told the employee to put the box to the side had me wait and just had a whole meeting in front of me with all the employees and then the supervisor came out and she ran to complete the order. How rude 😒

The employees especially the woman working drive thru, has horrible customer service! The managers are rude and have horrible people skills they make your order Incorrect and then get upset with you! If they wore name tags I would put their names in here personally! KFC you need to do better with your employees and their attitude

The beautiful soul who took my order today was the kindest sweetest person I've ever had the pleasure to talking to. She needs a raise or something. She made me feel heard and was so nice about it. I APPRECIATE your kindness sincerely I hope all your prayers and goals are achieved. This was July 8th 2025 at 1120ish.

Came to this kfc while on a roadtrip. My tenders were lukewarm and soggy, strawberry poppers overcooked, my husband was given twice the amount of mashed potatoes than I got. They didn’t put the sauces I ordered in my bag. I overheard an employee arguing with a customer who also didn’t receive sauces or his drinks or silverware in his DoorDash order. Both my tenders and his two piece chicken were way too salty.

Went in and no one was at the counter so we went to the kiosk to order. While eating the drive through worker was walking around the store on his phone talking about private information that shouldn’t be talked about at work or at least behind closed doors. The food was not great we didn’t even get our full meal that we ordered. Do not recommend coming to this location. While eating dinner the employee ignored a customer while standing at the counter and went behind a wall and kept popping his head around to see when the customer would go to the kiosk.

I just want to say I do not usually get the best service at food establishments in Richmond hill, but this KFC is amazing!!!! The service is great the people are friendly and the food has always been hot. They do an amazing job!
