I ordered a pizza with stuffed crust and unfortunately found a hair baked into the crust. I contacted the store to report the issue, but the experience afterward was just as disappointing. The manager I spoke with refused to identify himself and hung up on me. When I called back, a female employee told me that if I had a problem, I needed to come to the store.
I wasn’t looking for an argument—just basic customer service and accountability. Between the food safety issue and the way the situation was handled, this was a very poor experience.

A young girl, not paying attention messed up my order. I came in with my little girl plenty of times before with no issues. I believe she just wasn't paying attention. My kids can't eat stuffed crust and I told her I just wanted regular crust. I repeated this to 3 different people including a new manager. I told them I didn't want my card ran twice. The still voided my order. Then expected me to run my card again. I told him no and that this was not my fault for an employees mistake. I asked for a customer service number. The manager was very rude. I will not be returning to this horrible location with awful customer service.

if I could give 1 star I would my wife went there tonight to get 2 pizzas around 9:30 and we got the pretzel stuffed crust and it's normally really good but this time I think they were just ready to leave and didn't care and completely over salted the whole thing it was so greasy and salty we couldn't even eat it. I wasted my money on a salty nasty mess. I won't be getting pizza from there again. it was a guy that looked high as the sky and didn't even know where he was or what he was doing.

There was someone working at the front desk who was kind of rude and really passive aggressive, both in person and on the phone. It was a gentleman with long black hair. They also threw my pizza while boxing it. That didn’t really damage the pizza but I don’t think it’s reasonable to be careless when handling other people’s food. I enjoy this place and will continue to come here, but I wasn’t very pleased with the employee working there and his behavior. To end on a positive note though, the pizza here is great, especially for the price.
