Laughably bad at providing what time the order will be ready. “20 minutes.” Walk in 30 minutes later, knowing they’re usually behind. Nope, still another 40 minutes. Not even apologetic. Not the first time this has happened. Done with this place.

T’was a legit pizza. I had that big ol pepperoni on pepperoni one. Sauce wasn’t too saucy. Pepperonis covered the spread. Had left overs for 2 days, they didn’t disappoint either. Slapped.

Don't waste your time with this place. They hire Door Dash to deliver and the driver returned our order to the store without even contacting us. Horrible service

Pizza was about 50% crust. The non-crust (topping) part did not have much topping and was bland, even with a double topping of mushrooms (= 3 or 4 sliced mushrooms). No noticable seasoning. Service folk were very personable though.

The pizza is O.K. but the delivery sucks. Especially since they went to door dash. For almost $50 my order is almost an hour later than what it said when I ordered. Then the door dasher said they only gave her 3 items when we had 4 so she had to go back and get the last item and we still haven’t gotten our order. And we are only 15 minutes away from them. I would’ve picked it up but I had hip surgery last week and cannot drive yet. So I thought I’d try delivery. Never again

Pizza is fine, definitely not spectacular, it’s fine. Do not order food from them for delivery. I have been waiting nearly 2 hours for a delivery.. they hire out to DoorDash and charge you for it.. I’m now on my third DoorDash delivery driver and eclipsing 2 hours waiting on my pizza.
I will not be ordering from them again.

I can never order online from here because their discount code never works even when the website gives it to you. Then when you call they tell you no you have to order online!! Crappy attitude and the employees couldn’t care less!

Great and friendly customer service on the phone today. Delivery came faster than I expected on a Saturday evening. Pizza was delicious and good temperature. Only reason I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because the pizza was cut very unevenly but much more to be positive about.
I’ve ordered both takeout and delivery many times and the service is consistently terrible, it always takes longer than promised. Delivery pizza is late and cold. They never pay any attention to what dipping sauce we order. We are done.

This Marcos location provides the absolute worst customer service. I placed an order online and when I showed up to pickup my order I was told there was just 2 people working and they hadn't even started making my order. I was told it would be easily another 30-45 minutes. The attitude seemed like I was bothering them. How dare I order food when they are short staffed. No apologies. Nothing. What a joke. Never again. There are 10 other pizza places within 5 miles that actually appreciate their customers. I will never spend another dollar at this location.

I understand people call out. But honestly, I ordered my pizza 2 hours prior to the needed delivery time. When I received the notice that it was picked up they provided a delivery of over an hour then when I requested it. None of this was stated on in their emails. I wasn't provided any information that this was going to happen. I had to call twice before they even mentioned this. I get it's a Saturday night, but come on, this is ridiculous. Why have the option to schedule a delivery if they will not honor the request?

Monday evening, an hour after order was placed I called. I hadn’t received any updates when trying to track my order. The guy tells me “we only have one driver and he won’t be back for a while…so yea it’s gonna be a while. I can ask him when he gets back to take your order next.” So my pizzas have just been sitting there and I’m expected to know this because it’s my fault they only have one driver?Don’t do delivery here. I can’t imagine what it’s like on a busy Saturday night.Also my subtotal $60. You’re supposed to get 1 reward point per dollar. I received only 2 points. Not a big deal but feel like I’ve been ripped off in so many ways tonight… and still don’t have a clue when my pizza may comeP.s. You shouldn’t give people a “Marcos promise delivery time” if it’s not going to be anywhere close to that?! I’m currently 40 minutes past “promise time”
