The double cheese burgers were cold and look like they had fallen on the floor—everything was askew. The chicken nuggets had been cooked multiple time—the last time the oil was not hot enough so the food was super greasy.

I recently posted a review that was modified I said that he refused to open at 6:30 but the girl was saying they open at 6:00 but they had been saying that since it's 6: 12 David green hair girl was making ugly faces in remarks towards the customers that were trying to come in nearly 30 minutes after the opening time they weren't alone in the truck who's walking around outside the nearest interstate and you get that from them all the time bad attitudes and nastiness because they think they have don't have to see people again a list of orders they refused to come to the counter the kiosk is always nasty covering boogers and slime play really need some de-escalation training policy and protocol training

I come by this location almost every Wednesday on the way to Brunswick for work. I always order through the mobile app and Mrs. Lynn is always at the first window. I don’t know if they were having a bad day. Mrs. Lynn was very ugly to me and so was the manager. I felt like I was being called a liar over my mobile order. Very frustrating. I always go to this one because every one is so nice. Well this put a very bad taste in my mouth I will just go to another one from now on.

I wish I could give this place a ZERO. To wait 30 minutes with only 2 others in line is ridiculous, then the counter person was dismissive as though us requesting our order perturbed her. When we asked to get our money back, she said she needed a manager but never informed the manager of the issues. The sad part is that there were at least 4 people in the kitchen plus a person at the window. There was only 1 truck at the window and no one else at the drive thru. One man that came in after us had 2 separate orders and got them both before us. A terrible, terrible experience.
How are you gonna be out of sweet tea two days in a row? Thank God we were only in town a couple days.

So I ordered a bacon cheese quarter pounder . When I opened the box it looked GROSS sloppily put together to the point that the pickles didn't even make it on the burger just thrown in to the box and there was NO bacon to be found!!! Very very disappointed 😞 that I paid for slopp in a box. Do better!
