I gave them 3 ⭐️because the morning manager demonstrated an urgency to take care of the customers, unlike the afternoon manager yesterday! Non management employees were very rude and inconsiderate. They acted as if they were doing the customers a favor! I would never visit this location if it wasn't in a truck stop. And the only reason I visited a second time is because I was on a 34 hr restart! If you have the time don't stop here go 5 to 6 miles north or south. And a reminder to the employee’s at this store, THE PEOPLE ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE COUNTER ARE THE ONES WHO PAY YOU! IF YOU DON'T WANT TO WORK STAY AT HOME!!!!!!!!

Wish I could give negative stars, took 10 min just to take my order and then still couldn't put extra tarter on my double fish sandwhich. I used to be a GM for McDonald's and I almost threw up for how slow they were and still acting like it was busy. While the manager was openly and loudly complaining about orders comi g on the screen. Absolute trash, everyone in that store should be fired!

From the time we ordered from the kiosk until we got our order was approximately 30 minutes. Tables were dirty, trash was over flowing and no one seemed to want to take care of customers.
Walked onto order. They said they aren’t serving meat. Grills off.
We thought it was 24 hours since that was what was shown online. But they are open until 11 another 15 or so minutes.
Lock the doors if you want to be closed to bad.
McDonald’s has struck out again.

So I went to order my breakfast on the app for drive-thru pickup like I do and the restaurant refused to serve me through drive-thru actually they had the whole entire drive through closed is there a walking around talking and doing other miscellaneous things there as if they didn't have customers they had several customers pull off and drive away because they failed to provide service that we wanted not a good place to go and eat would not recommend this place at all

30 minutes and once paid at a kiosk, there is no going back. Employees blocked truck stop entrance to keep new customers from coming in right after we ordered on the app. I'll never stop here again. And we've spent over $5k at McDonald's stores in the last year and this was by far the worst.
