We arrived here to get some lunch. We were able to quickly find a seat as it was a little late for lunch. Our server quickly came over and took our drink order and then waited patiently for us to order our food. We ended up getting an omelet, steak and cheese, and a house salad. The omelet did not disappoint, which it better not because it is the omelet Cafe. They give you huge portion of grits with it. You won't go away hungry. The steak and cheese sub was okay. Nothing spectacular. The house salad was adequate and mostly iceberg lettuce. The dressing lack flavor which was ranch. All in all, not too bad.

The food is really good, I LOVE the waffles with wings. The only thing that was weird for me is that I paid $2 extra for whipped cream and they didn't give me $2 worth, it was like two little sprinkles and it melted straight into the waffle. It still tasted good but girl dont make it $2 for more if u gonna serve me $0.50 more. You know? Whatever tho, expensive but good. What got me was that other people who got whipped cream on their waffle had way more so idk why they felt different for me but they probably did give a lot more regularly.

This is the second time i have eaten here (breakfast) and this is the second time my food was cold the toast wasn’t toasty. Place wasn’t busy no excuse. Couldn’t get all the food out together. Haha. What a joke. No pride in customer service

Richmond hill location did not answer the phone, so I used the online ordering. Which was horrible! There is no way to add exactly what you want. It does not clarify whether the modification to the sandwich is to add or take off toppings. Price was higher because of this. I ended up paying about $1.50 more than if I was able to place my order with a person. However, despite it not having cheese it was seasoned well and cooked throughly.

We have been ordering takeout from here for years. Last 2 times I don’t know what in the world is happening but they can’t seem to take a phone in order to go. We called in an order of 2 bacon egg & cheese biscuits, 1 sausage egg & cheese biscuit & 1 order of biscuits & gravy. $41 dollars & what was handed to us was 2 containers with 2 sausage patties in it & 2 orders of biscuits & gravy. When my husband took it back inside to get them to correct it, they argued with him that this is exactly what he ordered. What in the world is happening here? Ended up with a refund & no breakfast. Please do better y’all.

For being an Omelet Cafe I had the worst omelet I've ever had. The egg was thin and the cheese was American cheese on only half of the omelet. The service was slow. Other customers were waited on before us.
