Took 2hours to deliver, and they forgot my drink.

3 out of 5 delivery last delivery orders were wrong and the solution offered was a discount or refund. I don’t want a discount. I want what I ordered. After a 25% delivery fee, a 20% tip, a cold pizza without the “extras” paid for, and a late delivery specialist named Lee who showed zero willingness to help, I can only wait patiently for the fleet of robots that will guide a certain caliber of employee to the unemployment office. Though it might not take a fleet.

Tried calling in an order, guy on the phone was horribly rude and unprofessional. I hung up and went to Pizza Hut instead.

2 hrs to deliver. They use door dash for delivery. Horrible service. Pizza was cold when it finally got here.

This store, corporate, and Door Dash need to get it together. The delivery tracking kept pushing out the time for delivery. The driver would answer the phone. Neither would the store. I drove to the store and was told their phones are off, there’s one person working, and no manager. All on a Saturday afternoon! While at the store, my delayed food arrived at my house, cold and disgusting. I’ve spent hours dealing with it and still haven’t eaten! And the one person working the store was so rude and unhelpful. I will NEVER order from here again, and I’ll definitely never order from anywhere that uses Door Dash!!

I just made an online order for two pizzas, I was called and told they were out of stuffed crust so I asked them to just send the one with the rest of our order and was told they would refund the other pizza, I then called back because the full amount came out of our bank account, I was told there was nothing that they could do so I asked them to at least send out a different pizza to comp the money I had spent, reluctantly the worker agreed but when I asked how long it would be I was told I don’t know I can’t tell you, no reason or why or anything, I even asked if they were having a rough or busy night and was rudely answered and hung up on. I really hope I end up getting my pizza…..

0 Stars but it wasn't an option. The pizza arrived late and the driver just left it outside the door, she did not knock or ring the door bell. The pizza and wings were cold and it was the WORST pizza I have ever had. We tried to call several times but the manager was not available / did not answer when transferred to the manager.

The customer service is terrible. I almost walked right back out the door & went elsewhere. The personality of the counter employee was about as dry & unwelcoming as it could get. Definitely not planning to come back.

Ordered a pizza to finally have a treat after a terrible day and the pizza was awful. I asked for extra sauce and they gave me barely any sauce , it was burned and there was barely any cheese. You can see there’s no sauce in the photo. I didn’t enjoy it and was disappointed and I usually love papa John’s

One star was required, otherwise would have been less. Most disrespectful and horrendous customer service ever. For a business in a smaller community you would think business owner would be more cognizant of who they hire. Needless to say will not be coming back, ever!!

Worst service from Papa John’s I’ve ever had. Took 48 minutes for a carry out order of ONLY cheese sticks. Cashier woman was extremely rude and had a nasty attitude. Told me 20 more minutes after the LATEST time the app told me. I said, “alright” and sat down to wait. Had to look on the app again to tell me it was done and she already set it on the shelf with me sitting waiting after she knew the name and I was obviously waiting. I will definitely be going to the next nearest one instead from now on.
