Horrible customer service, food took over an hour long. Little to no help with customer service. Just all around bad.

Worst service from Papa John’s I’ve ever had. Took 48 minutes for a carry out order of ONLY cheese sticks. Cashier woman was extremely rude and had a nasty attitude. Told me 20 more minutes after the LATEST time the app told me. I said, “alright” and sat down to wait. Had to look on the app again to tell me it was done and she already set it on the shelf with me sitting waiting after she knew the name and I was obviously waiting. I will definitely be going to the next nearest one instead from now on.

Nobody answers the phone at the store. Then, when you finally do get somebody on the phone You get attitude. Communication from the store was terrible. I really hope Papa Johns can improve because man I used to love this place

Pizza is always late and the teenagers that work there couldnt care less. When they are low on drivers, they outsource to door dash and act like that absolves them of responsibility. Consistently pathetic service

The business took our money and kept the pizza. We called this place in Richmond Hill about why the pizza was not delivered, we waited all day, the guys who work there insulted my aunt verbally. Then She asked for the refund. They refused to give the refund and they said there are no drivers to deliver pizza. So they plan to keep the money. Police must be involved to charge these workers with theft.
This place cannot be open and it is going to be closed down very soon.

Placed an order for delivery, waited for over an hour. The delivery was marked as complete but never received it. Called the store only to find out that my order was still waiting for the driver to pick it up. We had to go pick it up. Was told that there was no way that they could refund the delivery fee and tip. This is not the first time we have had problems with this store.

I love Papa John's just not this location over the last few years this location is getting worse and worse. Lost deliveries, orders wrong and multiple food orders not cooked all the way. More times than not I have to rebake my food for receiving raw dough! Unacceptable, have complained before. Just gonna have to stop ordering from here, very sad.

On multiple occasions had the food taken forever, due to lack of staffing. Today after waiting over an hour I called, and what told that they were understaffed with one driver(who is brand new with no training) that if it’s late it’s late.. then as it was delivered, it was for the wrong address. We asked for a refund and will not be using this location for papa John’s again.

The pizza was flipped over so all the ingredients were off the pizza and when I called and complained. They told me they would replace them. 45 MINUTES later finally got food. Still bad food that next time to

Never had any major issues with the pizza here. But the wait times can get really bad. Order online and just watch the papa track cause the estimate time is worthless. Pizza suppose to be ready 6:44 the latest? That's cute. Your pizza just got in the oven at 7:25.

I must say I am a regular customer at this location. I went there on January 22, 2024. I ordered online so it would be a fast pick up, I arrived 20 minutes after I ordered. Once you walked in, there was so much loud music playing. I got past that, I get my food once I looked in the box I was not pleased. told the young man who had the Dreads at the counter who was a driver.( very polite and helpful) I didn’t receive my cheese sauce. Also I missing toppings and cheese on several slices. The young man goes and find me two cheese sauces in the walk-in.

I believe it was the manager who had the twisted dreads black and red. I said I would like my pizza made over. He said what is wrong with it. I said look at it. I’m missing cheese on a lot of my slices. The toppings are just thrown on there. My pizza was made and handed to me about the Tall gentleman that was working on that shift. I said thank you. He never replied. I said thank you again he never replied. Once I got home, I realized my pizza was not even cut thoroughly. I had to take a knife to Actually divide my slices. I have never experienced this service here before, but it wasn’t a pleasant experience.

Ordered a expensive specialty pizza paid extra for it and they gave us a plain pepperoni waste of 50$
