Papa Johns Pizza

The pizza took an hour and 40 mins to come. They sent it with a door dash person but didn’t seal the box. It was cold by the time it got to us a there was almost no cheese on it. I think the cardboard box would have tasted better. Wouldn’t recommend.

Walked in and placed my order. The pizzas came out fairly fast. Everything about the pizzas was perfect.

If I could give no stars I would! Worst pizza in Richmond hill. Staff is horrible. Waited over 2 hours for delivery, pizza said it was deliver it was not. Went into the store and was told it was being delivered. I asked to em to call the delivery guy and he still had the pizza so it was not delivered. I called for over 30 mins and no one answered hints why I had to drive up. I asked for a refund! Rude staff and management is horrible. Over two hour to make a pizza! A simple cheese and pepperoni!

It took me almost 10 minutes to order a large thin crust works pizza with extra sauce. I could not understand the man that took my order and he didn't understand me.
Got the pizza, it was thin crust (a little burnt), works, but hardly any sauce and no garlic butter.
Found out they use a answering service...for a pizza place? Not impressed.

Ordered a two topping pizza and that's exactly what I got; 1 slice of pepperoni ond one piece of beef. Never again.

I wish I could give 0 stars. They just took my money and didn't deliver a pizza. When I called about getting a refund, the manager hung up after telling me not to expect a pizza on a night when they only had 3 workers. Class act all around. Do not waste your money on them.

The music was so loud, i ordered a large beef pizza, it could of passed for a cheese pizza, just a few pieces of hamburger on it, a Woman, made it, I think she is the manager

Please don’t waste your time here. They don’t answer the phone. Absolutely ridiculous.

I like to try and give people the benefit of the doubt. But the service was absolutely ridiculous. I walked in, nobody said anything to me. Sometimes people are busy I get it. Customer service standards these days arent that high. But then when the young lady (didnt get her name) finally asked me what i needed i said id like to order. And I kid you not she said “can you order online we’re kind of busy”. No customer service or anything. I laughed and said okay. I came in mind you with a coupon which was the only reason I came. So i tried to order online with the coupon, didnt work. So i waited again at the counter. This time a youngish guy came to me, a lot more friendly. He took care of my order and said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I came back to pick up my food and miss young same POC, same girl, asked why i was there, i said to pick up my food under my name. She got my food and just dropped it on the counter. Not a good day or anything.

I get that fast food business can be tough, and people have bad days. But personally that is just unacceptable to me. And i really dont know how this person has a job. Not coming here again, and if you want a good customer experience (a business is a business they are busy all the time) i recommend you do the same.

3 out of 5 delivery last delivery orders were wrong and the solution offered was a discount or refund. I don’t want a discount. I want what I ordered. After a 25% delivery fee, a 20% tip, a cold pizza without the “extras” paid for, and a late delivery specialist named Lee who showed zero willingness to help, I can only wait patiently for the fleet of robots that will guide a certain caliber of employee to the unemployment office. Though it might not take a fleet.

Tried calling in an order, guy on the phone was horribly rude and unprofessional. I hung up and went to Pizza Hut instead.

2 hrs to deliver. They use door dash for delivery. Horrible service. Pizza was cold when it finally got here.
