Went there tonight, calm and clean atmosphere! The food was so amazing omg!! I’m forever coming back!!!
The worker was nice, I assume they made my pizza (skinny, tall, blonde fluffy hair) and I will say this, IT WAS SO PERFECT THEY NEED A RAISE

They screwed up our pizza & refused to correct the situation. Poor management.

I do not enjoy giving negative feedback (quite the opposite), but this one is truly deserved. My 5/12/25 visit to this place was quite frankly the worst customer service experience of my 50+ years on this planet! It involves assistant manager Nicole, who claimed to have consulted with store manager Lindsay. Ordered 2 pizzas & 1 turned out horribly wrong — to the point that it was inedible (had ZERO to do with how I cooked it). Way too much sauce was applied & it was like mush. We tried cooking longer than instructed, but the toppings were still sliding off the dough & all u could taste was sauce. We had to order a replacement pizza from Papa John’s (Murphy’s was closed as we prepared our meal just after 8pm). I called the next day & explained all this. I was told that there’s NOTHING that could be done for me (noting that I offered to return the whole botched pizza). So the management team chose neglect & risked losing a customer & bad feedback over replacing or reimbursing 1 single pizza (over a bit of dough & a couple toppings…really?!). Just WOW! I’m embellishing nothing here. This is EXACTLY what happened, which has caused me 2 days of stress. I’m simply overwhelmed on how this was handled. Consumers BEWARE: this place does NOT stand behind the quality of their product. Just sad, really.

I ordered online. Everything was ready at the time pick up and they put the perfect portions on top of my gluten-free pizza! I even called to add to my order and they were super accommodating
