How are you out of stock of STUFFED CRUST? Who owns this place? Who hires managers? Who trains their employees? You don't order a stuffed crust for a pizza. I call them. And they don't say anything. They just breathed into the phone and told me it was out of stock and hung up.

The lady who was taking order was on the call was either drunk or crazy. She asked me if I was sure if my name was how I spelled because I am Indian. That’s racial and then I get pass over it and give my address and she couldn’t spell it right despite me telling you how to spell. Then she is like I can’t pull up your address are you sure that’s your address? I am like what the hell do you mean. First you put me on hold for 8 mins and I call again and then you act like this. It’s not the first time I am order food from you all. It’s ridiculous. It’s all something with the crew at RH Pizza Hut. Always !!!!!!!!!!!!

Do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else. $60 for 2 pizzas and that’s with a coupon! Then they are supposed to be here at 12:45 and it’s 1:30 and they still aren’t here🤦🏼♀️. Never again
UPDATE: Called when they delivered cold and paper thin( one slice even with a hole in it.)and the new manager made things right. She refunded our money, apologized and gave us two more pizzas and some breadsticks. She handled it with professionalism so great job new management❤️

My door dasher was AMAZING. I called to tell them my pasta was missing after I had to wait for dash to bring my food. I ordered through the app. The manager Roger was rude.And he hung up on me. He claimed to give me a credit for my pasta which I should have a refund for their mess up.. I just don’t understand how they can be so rude. And want business

Despite some of the negative reviews we chose to order pizza here. The staff was very nice and friendly and helpful. The pizza and wings were hot, fresh, and delicious.

My 16 year old son order pizza a few hours ago, when he received his order it was not right..They give him the wrong order.. So the delivery boy went back to get his correct order and left it outside the door on the ground.. I got home from work around 11:45p tonight and I realize there was a flat box at the door. Being a heavy amazon supplier I figured it was something I ordered previously..it was dark so I picked it up only to find that it was a freshly made pizza on ground at my front door full of ants.. I didn't realize it was ants in it until they were crawling on my hand and arm and I throw it in the sink...I had to pour bleach..salt and hot water all over my sink to get rid of them..I later threw the box in a garbage bag and toss it on the back porch until in the am..It's Totally disturbing and disgusting that someone would place your food on the ground...I'm highly upset.. This will be reported..

6:42 pm Sunday June 30, 2024...my husband just open the door and the very tall guy told him without saying anything "I going to let you know on front that we only had medium and large pan" (without saying Good afternoon, nothing even hello) ..and my husband ask "don't you even has cheese breadsticks?" And he just told right away " I just told you what we got today in the whole store, That's it"...in a very rude way...my husband stay without no words, the way he addressed to him and he turn around and left in shock!!! Where is the kidness? and I can't believe pizza hut have the freezer empty!!! Manager do you do your shooping list, because he said he doesn't have anything else? with people like that is when business get closed door because no one want to come in. Very sad!

Ever 2: they do not check who they are giving your order too through door dash, so most likely (like me) the wrong driver will pick up your order 3: THE MOST IMPORTANT they would not reissue the order, so here I was 2 hours later fighting too figure out what was going on(since they do not know how to answer a telephone call at the actual store) only to find out someone else had picked it up a hour in a half later and did not try to resolve the issue that PIZZA HUT messed up. You've lost my business permanently and I HOPE whoever reads this has the sense enough too stay away from this branch.

Upon arriving all employees were occupied on their phones 2nd I asked the cashier for the specials where he then directed me to look online. The cashier also let me know that he does not eat pizza hut he eats Domino's!!! That is where I took my business. Thnx for the advice the customer service and food was amazing there.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is filthy and the Managers are HORRIBLE! Our pizzas arrived 2 hours late and they were cold and wrong. We tried calling multiple times and they would not answer the phone. So we drove the 20minutes to the store to speak with the manager. He was immediately rude whenever we were trying to explain. He would not give us his supervisors information. So we said we will look up and call corporate offices. He then said as we were walking out to another customer laughing what they don’t realize those complaints just come back to him. So rude and we will never support this establishment ever again.
