We ordered delivery, they forgot my wife's pizza. When we called them, they said they'd make it and bring it over. They never did. We called multiple times and eventually they said they had no way of getting it to us after about an hour. My wife asked to speak to the manager, but we were told she was too busy. Terrible customer service. I feel bad for the kid we were on the phone with as the manager hung him out to dry. No way we'd order from them again. Very disappointing.

Totally disappointed. Went to get a pizza and they stop taking orders at 642pm and the door days they close at 12am. Also online says they close at 8pm. Manager lied about the time displayed online. After driving 20 minutes to the location this is unprofessional.

They are closed with a handwritten sign on the door. ordered online and had tondrive there to find this out. no way to cancel or get a refund without going through corporate.

They forgot my breadsticks which I paid for. So I called there and just asked for a refund but they would not refund the whole amount I paid for them. They only wanted to give me a $5 credit when they cost $7.49. When I asked for the guys name I was talking to which was the manager by the way he hung up on me. I tried calling back and he picked up and hung up on me again. Over less than $8 that is how they act there. Worse manager I have ever dealt with and the owners I hope see this and teach him the proper way to handle situations. I have never called corporate on anyone before but I did this time. I have always ate at pizza hut but I will never at this location again.

Pizza’s are being made with too much cheese. We tried to order it with light cheese to combat this and they still put too much cheese. The pizza was just falling apart and its overall not goodThis has happened on multiple orders.

So usually I go to the pizza hut on the otherside of my area. But they've been running slower as of late. So decided to give this one a chance. The staff was quite friendly and fast!
Past 2 times we have ordered we were told 35, minutes. Knowing we are farther out, I understand 45 minutes. They chose to have Door Dash deliver. One time it was almost 1 hour 45 minutes and door dash went to wrong address and now it’s over 1 hour and 15 minutes even though we were told once again 35 minutes. Never ordering from this Pizza Hut again.

Got cussed out by employee named Brittany last night cause I asked for a refund after waiting an hr for 2 pizzas. Called for managers name this morning and they said general managers name is Brittany. Wow manager cussing out customers!!!

Ordered a Supreme pan pizza with pizza hut who opted to have door dash deliver it. Over an hour and half and we only received a cheese pizza on a cheese stuffed crust. Not right. We called and got a foreigner not from the store. Tried getting the manager at the store but noone answered. Called customer service and got another foreigners. we shall see if we get our money back. We will dispute credit card charge. TERRIBLE way to handle customers. Answer your phone and hire a local to take calls vs having a foreign country handle customer service problems. Do not use pizza hut especially this one. Never get your pizza delivered!
There never open anymore, always a sign on the door. Short staffed.. When they are staffed the did and service is great.
