"I recently dined at The Smoking Pig and had a fantastic experience. The atmosphere was very welcoming and embodied true Southern Hospitality. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home, treating us like family. They were attentive without being intrusive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our meal.
My pulled pork was absolutely incredible. The quality of the meat was top-notch – it was clearly all grade A, and the flavor was outstanding. It was evident that someone had taken the time to carefully pull it by hand, resulting in incredibly tender and flavorful meat. The sauces they provided were excellent complements, each adding a unique dimension to the already delicious pork.
My partner's ribs were equally impressive. They were fall-off-the-bone tender and incredibly flavorful.
This may look like a "hole-in-the-wall" restaurant from the outside, but it is an absolute party for your taste buds. The Smoking Pig is a must-visit for any barbecue lover seeking an authentic and delicious Southern dining experience."

Mediocre BBQ joint, right off the highway. We had a craving for some southern BBQ and found this joint while traveling through the area. The food was average at best, staff was ok and mostly friendly. Restaurant was pretty run down and had that "hole in the wall" feeling that we usually look for in a BBQ diner. However, as I stated, the food quality was barely average. The area was pretty rough. Make sure to lock your doors kind of area. I'm not sure we would visit again.

Amazing from the time my husband and I walked in. Customer service was awsome helped us with picking out sauces and explained to us what came on plates. The kitchen also helped with our questions. Food was soooo good and fresh we had the Ribs with baked beans and Brunswick stew and Sliced chicken with turnip greens and Brunswick Stew. I would highly recommend this Restersunt. I would drive from Hinesville just to eat there again and again.

Got the Brisket plate and it was a major disappointment. Brisket was dry, Coleslaw was salty, brunswick stew tasted like it came from a can. Texas toast with fake butter is not the same. I would not recommend this place. I should have went with my instincts and kept driving.
We had chopped and pulled BBQ and both were great, the brisket was just as good but it's the Brunswick stew that will bring us back again, it was just right, has three meats as it should with plenty of vegetables, "it was good" thier sauce is good as well, do yourself a favor and stop by and order a plant of two and add the Brunswick stew "you'll be glad you did".
Food was tasteful with flavor but the Mac and cheese was dry but I’ll be back!!

Small gas station bbq with a pig on the logo. Can’t trust people if they don’t have a pig somewhere. Fair portions, fair prices. Damn good sauce.
Parking: Gas station parking. Plenty of room.
