I ordered a Ribeye steak cooked Medium. I received an overcooked piece of meat that had no seasoning and looked like cardboard. It was so dry that I could not eat it. When I showed it to the waitress, she shrugged her shoulders and said I was the first person who ever complained about their steak, and there was really nothing she could do about it, and it was not her fault. I told her that I was not blaming her but, the cook should be informed about it. She then told me it was probably overcooked because the cook was very busy with lots of orders!!??? I feel that with the price I paid I should have got what I ordered. My friends and I WILL NOT BE COMING TO SNAZZY’s in Richmond Hill again!

Poll question. We are at dinner and been here approximately 51 mins and our waitress has been to our table maybe 3 or 4 times….we asked for water…yet to receive it…now she is playing pool and dancing with guest. I asked if there happens to be any ketchup that is cold and she says no (because someone is picky and doesn’t like room temp ketchup) and her answer is just “no” When food was delivered she literally just put it on the table and walked away. Not a “do you need anything else or anything” QUESTION…tip or no tip????
Guys generally come here for the waitstaff outfits, or sports TV. I come for the low country boil with crab legs. It's better than most of the local seafood restaurants' and the staff is always friendly.

Cool vibe on a Thursday evening. Wings were ok. I don't recommend the spicy garlic or sweet Sriracha. Keep it simple. Fried okra was bland. Didn't care to send it back. But the mixed drinks and or waitress, top notch. She was sweet and checked in with us. It helped that there was a small crowd and we sat at the bar. If go back for the drinks and the pool table.
