Coffee was good. Service was terrible. Noticed that my coffee order wasn't complete, I politely asked the barista for the item to be met with major attitude. After I thanked her she rolled her eyes and sighed at me. Not acceptable when you're custom making $7 coffee. Do better.
This Starbucks is located inside Kroger. The service was a bit slow, possibly because there were only two staff members, but they were very friendly. There’s also a space where you can relax and enjoy tea or coffee.
Ordered 2 White Chocolate Moca & 1 crunch caramel frapp. There was no line. I was the only person ordering. 3 people behind the counter. I repeated my order 3 times to the girl at the register she seemed to be sick (coughing & wiping her nose). Drinks come out 10 min later. Nobody says anything I just noticed 3 drinks sitting there. Grab them taste it realized it was hot chocolate. I informed the barista that my order was incorrect. The girl that took it order seemed just confused even said I in fact ordered hot chocolate & I explained that I didn’t( she might have just heard chocolate after she was done coughing). Not upset just waited there until they decided what to do. I left to put my things in the car. I coke back the drink were done in less than 2 minutes. I walk back in see 2 drink yet no sticker on the cups and the workers indiviso conversation was too important to stop and simply say “yes ma’am those are your drinks” . Overall would rather have had a refund than my drinks that still don’t taste correctly.
The girls at this Starbucks are usually very nice, but they really need to get a handle on their drive through line. At this point, if I see three cars in the drive through, I know it'll be at least a 15 minute wait. It's better off to just go inside and order.

Service is poor. My drink was incorrect and when I asked for it to be fixed she gave me snotty attitude. She fixed it and then threw it on the counter. Never apologized or said thank you. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

Not a drive through. There is a drive through across the avenue.
We stopped coming here because they are ALWAYS out of things. Also, extremely slow service.

Messed up my order. When I ordered I said a caramel ribbon crunch and paid for extra caramel and extra crunches and I didn’t get extra anything. When she served it she threw it on the counter and rolled her eyes. They refused to fix it and kept being very disrespectful to the customers. They obviously didn’t know what they were doing. I’m very mad.

Let me begin by saying if I could give 0 stars for my experience at this Starbucks location, I would. My husband and I were traveling back home and stopped at this Starbucks location. We have stopped here quite a few times while traveling. We never had a problem until yesterday, November 24th. I ordered my usual beverage and my husband ordered a Chestnut Praline Latte. My beverage was made incorrectly, however, the Barista D. remade it after realizing it was wrong. I don't want to include her name in this review as she corrected her mistake while extending fair customer service. My husband requested light whipped cream for his beverage. The Barista whose name I didn't see on her apron acted as if she bought the whipped cream and she was going to run out by putting a little more in his cup. The beverage was supposed to include the praline topping on top of the whipped cream. We politely brought it to her attention that she didn't include the toppings. She made sarcastic remarks about not including the topping. Her response was "Oh dear, how could I forget the topping." "The drink is just all wrong because I missed the topping." "Boo who", I'm so sorry, I missed the topping." My response was, "As you should be sorry." If we are paying nearly $10 for a beverage, the Barista should be qualified and experienced enough to at least prepare it correctly. She DID NOT present herself well. Her customer service skills were dreadful and her attitude was disgusting, to say the least. I go to Starbucks regularly and I buy their beans to prepare my coffee at home. I'm not your average Joe when it comes to coffee. This Barista was African American with a scarf around her head as if she was going to bed. I'm describing her because I didn't see her name on her apron. Had I seen her name it would be included in this review. Starbucks please hire individuals who are proficient at their jobs while extending excellent customer service to your customers.

Asked for a large they gave me a small. Told them I didn’t order a small I order a large and the lady rudely said well that’s what’s on the cup. She did nothing to help me I asked if she can you refund me and I pay for the large and she just walked away. Like why would I pay seven dollars and something cents for a small drink that I’m gonna finish in like five minutes when I can just pay eight dollars for a large that would last me.

Good place to shop
Nastiest, thickest, tasteless strawberries and creme Frappuccino I ever had. Basically whop topping and ice. Cashier was attentive at first then just sat my order on the counter when she was done and kept talking to her
