I visit many stores on a consistent basis and have found the crew and atmosphere at this location absolutely fabulous. Several baristas shine. Stephanie is my favorite, always bright and cheerful and welcoming.

Harley Hooks

Been going here for a while now and the service is always great especially for how busy it can get during lunch. They’ve also helped me on multiple occasions figure out what may be best for the drink I want which was really nice. The only issue i’ve really ever had going here is the other customers haha.

Vegetarian options: Their falafel is so good especially with the chipotle sauce!

Very bad service, the person who served us had to tell her to make another sour and cold coffee. I asked for something without coffee and it arrived with coffee.

They are either way understaffed or poorly trained. Took 20 minutes to receive my one cup of coffee when they’re only two other people in the coffee shop. They certainly prioritize all the cars going through drive-through first. I finally got my drink, but by then they’re about 25 people that had piled into the store and rest assured they are probably still there waiting.

Probably the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Only ordered 2 coffees and waited over 30 mins just to receive the items and it doesn’t even taste that good. This is why I never liked going to Starbucks.

Why are mobile orders taking 5x longer than drive up? I travel all over and never have I been treated so rudely at a Starbucks! This place needs some customer service training!!!!

Kind of silly to make someone with a mobile order drive around because “you require a 5 minute wait time”… now we’re in line behind 3 cars that are ordering AFTER our mobile order was placed… makes absolutely no sense

Do NOT go inside. They will make every single online, mobile, drive thru order and leave you sitting there for 30 min for one drink. It was 11:00, so not even morning rush hour.

My boyfriend and I stopped at this location around 7am (we’re not from the state .. we’re traveling) we needed our caffeine fuel and decided to stop at the first starbucks we’d see and we did just that and were so happy so stumbled upon this starbies! .. as soon as we walked in we were immediately greeted with Good Morning’s from the GM (Mickey) & his staff (all them had smiles on their faces .. LOOOOVE TO SEE IT!!) .. they were sweet! … my bf and I took the time to approach the GM and thank him for that burst of positive energy and the great customer service he and his team had and we wanted to thank him especially bc my bf and I are managers ourselves and nowadays it’s hard to come by good genuine people like that !! so we had to give credit where credits due & a plus was Mickey filled us in on some really awesome / interesting history of the town and who doesn’t love a lil history lesson? :) … 10/10 recommend this location!!

we’ll be back if we ever find ourselves over in GA again!
