Please employee robots immediately!
Was told to pull to the drive through window because I was messing up there drive thru average. Which defeated the purpose, because if I wasn’t sure wanted then at the menu, I definitely don’t now. I order the discovery box, received a bag full of food thrown about, chips upside and all other the bag. Was missing an item so I had to go back ask for it. Only one in line btw. No class and no pride. Definitely won’t waste my time coming through here again, not even starving.

Worst Taco Bell I’ve EVER had by a lot. Absolutely disgusting food. It’s either cold or over cooked. And how they managed to turn precooked preseasoned package food into whatever that was is beyond me.
Sucks because t bell is my fav and this is the only one within 12 miles. Sad.

New management has turned this place around. Huge upgrade to customer service. Awesome team there, and your classic Taco Bell food which has no competition.

You know, Taco Bell is what Taco Bell is. It’s a very affordable way to have a quick snack or meal. Nothing fancy. Fortunately, we chose a Taco Bell that was cleaner and more pleasant than most others. As to the latter characteristic, we found that Alex was instrumental in making our visit here ann enjoyable one. He was completely polite, super serviceable, and extremely welcoming! Thank you for bringing some much-needed kindness to our day!

Took too long to receive my food, some of the items were cold. Very bad customer service and hygiene and one of the employees was eating fries from the fries bucket from kitchen. I also saw an employee drop the grill burrito and pick it up from the floor and threw it in trash. She didn’t even change the gloves after touching the floor.

Worst experience of my life. The food was cold and also not made the way you wanted. In 20 minutes we saw 3 burritos dropped on the floor. Very aggressive behavior of the manager and his team. I would never ever step into this place, this place smells disgusting.

We weren’t sure if the store was even open bc the lot was deserted, but we walked in and they said that they were and we could order on the tablet thing, or kiosk. We sat for 30 minutes before they ever opened the cook line for the lobby. They never told us that they weren’t cooking for lobby, and they never told us it’d be a minute. Every order made in the 40 total minutes we spent there before getting our food was for the drive thru. We had a semi big order so we were prepared to wait a minute but almost an hour, when it could’ve been avoided by telling us to go through the drive?? But, they were kind enough to put some extra food in our bag to make up for the wasted time.

Manager outside smoking with two younger female employees while 6 teenage employees inside struggle to make one meal every 10 minutes or so.
5pm Tuesday 11/11/25 , no cars in the drive thru, took nearly half an hour to get my food inside. The food was also some of the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever had.

This past time I'm missing several items and the manager (I think) wanted to catch an attitude, essentially treating me like I'm lying to get more food.
I want what I paid for.
Give me attitude and you want my money? lol. My business will go to another.

Ordered a number 7 meal and a side of chips, I was only given nachos with a pile of beans slapped on top. 11 dollars wasted on salty nachos

I paid $10 for this meal, and this is what I received , barely any meat or vegetables. I went inside and showed the new manager, and she told me, “This is the Taco Bell way,” insisting that the portion was correct and refusing to remake it. I even showed her the photo from the official menu to compare, and she still said, “We did it the correct way.” I’m sorry, but this looks nothing like the advertised photo. It feels like false advertising, and as a paying customer, I expected better quality and consistency.
