Went here tonight and door was open around 10 or 10:30 was told the lobby was closed and use drive through after about a hour of trying to get my mobile order the staff was unpleasant and rude and did not try and fix a mobile order I had this place did nothing to listen or make things right after they gave my mobile or to someone else and this is just not good business .six cars in the drive through and still took almost a hour to get up there just to be told nothing we can do and that was the manager saying this I was told . Do better taco bell or close the doors if you can't get it correctly please.

Every door and window says open until 2 a.m., pulled up to drive thru at 1:05am, he said they are closed and only taking over eats orders

I am a delivery driver it was around 1030p when I got there I tried to go into the restaurant and the door was unlocked. I asked for my order I was picking up and they mentioned that the lobby was closed but why have the door unlocked. So I waited for an hr and a half in the drive thru only for them to tell me the order was already picked up. So I called the customer and the customer never received and wanted it remade. So I waited in line again at the drive thru and even spoke to an employee who poked his head out the front door that I have a remake requested. Instead of him coming back and telling me they won't remake it they let me wait 30 mor mins only to tell me they are not remaking even when I had uber on the line. The manager had a stank attitude and I feel this the worst customer service experience I ever had. I dont recommend this taco bell

Been a handful of times and it's consistently bad. The people at the window are always short with me like I ruined their day by ordering. There's been an issue with every order. Ownership needs to get it together.

This place is pathetic. Google says 8am open not open till 9. Wait around till 9 go back and noone answers the drive thru. They look at me see me and ignore. When are the owners going to do something about this place

I went here and I did not receive a dlt that I paid extra for and my wife was missing 2 of her soft tacos that come with the order I’m not one to complain but this is the 5th time this has happened I tried to call about it but no answer please do better

Pulled up to the drive-thru to place my order there were three employees sitting in the lobby goofing off, they started waving and I really couldn't tell what kind of faces they were making while I was sitting in the Drive-Thru placing my order, I even asked the girl taking my order if those were her employees goofing off and she said no, that was a lie because after I placed my order all three of them went running to the back, when I got to the window I paid for my food and I didn't say anything but I heard one employee say "we can't even wave at people anymore" and I said I don't want to be placing my order and watching employees goofing off, the girl hand at me my food and told me I needed to calm down and I told her that I don't appreciate the way the employees are acting and that it was very inappropriate and unprofessional behavior, she then stated to me this is not a high-end place so I'm assuming because it's Taco Bell she's basically telling me that the customer service is not going to be great and then she closed the window, when we got home we checked our food are food and everything was cold or lukewarm like it was already pre-made in just sitting there waiting for people to order it, I am going to follow up with corporate on this matter because this is the first time that I've had a bad experience at this particular Taco Bell
