Very nice! Goggle said it was inside the publix it was not. Their is a nice back road to get there it was kinda crowded when we got their. The scoops are huge! Would reccomned if I ever come back!!

To start with, the scoop sizes are very inconsistent and it seems that the workers can't remember what sizes you even ask for. There isn't a lot of seating space which makes sense, because it's a small building. However, the senior staff were sitting down at the tables, taking space from customers. My group's ice cream was melting as soon as it was handed to us. A few of the flavors were impossible to eat because you couldn't scoop it with a spoon. To be fair, the ice cream tasted fine and the service was okay.

Great variety of ice cream flavors. I got a peanut butter fudge shake, and it was very creamy and tasted very good. Staff were very pleasant and greeted you when you entered the establishment. The atmosphere was nice, and there was plenty of seating. Will definitely visit again!

Our FAVORITE ice cream store ! Mostly because the employees are so amazing but also we love supporting local businesses and their ice cream is amazing , but today we were treated extra nice by a young man named “Ray” , he saw my daughter was upset and gave her a few skittles. He was very kind to my children and I appreciate that tremendously!

The ice cream is great, but the service is exceptional. We love coming in to say hi to Mr. Ray. He goes out of his way to make all of the kiddos feel special. We truly enjoy each visit ❤️
This ice cream shop has a super cute, nostalgic soda shop vibe, while being very clean and modern, with seating inside and out. There were plenty of flavor options, and the ice cream was good quality... not to rival a national chain, but worth the stop and the reasonable price.
Vegetarian options: There are non-dairy and egg free options.
I'm new to town, so found a place that has my favorite peanut butter chocolate. I usually get a shake. Every time I go( usually during week days) I see Ray. He works hard, Always has a smile on his face a respectful. Top notch. You are lucky to have him.

We took our two daughters tonight to the Richmond Hill Ice Cream Stop and we had such a pleasant experience. One of our daughters has an egg allergy. When my husband asked if a certain ice cream had egg in it, Felicity was quick to look up the ingredients in the binder. She then offered to use a new, clean scooper and put on new gloves. I was very impressed with her going the extra mile to make us feel comfortable and help keep our daughter safe. Felicity was so sweet to both of our kids and was so kind to every customer that came through. The ice cream was also very yummy! We will be back soon ☺️
