The ice cream is great, but the service is exceptional. We love coming in to say hi to Mr. Ray. He goes out of his way to make all of the kiddos feel special. We truly enjoy each visit ❤️
This ice cream shop has a super cute, nostalgic soda shop vibe, while being very clean and modern, with seating inside and out. There were plenty of flavor options, and the ice cream was good quality... not to rival a national chain, but worth the stop and the reasonable price.

I'm new to town, so found a place that has my favorite peanut butter chocolate. I usually get a shake. Every time I go( usually during week days) I see Ray. He works hard, Always has a smile on his face a respectful. Top notch. You are lucky to have him.

We took our two daughters tonight to the Richmond Hill Ice Cream Stop and we had such a pleasant experience. One of our daughters has an egg allergy. When my husband asked if a certain ice cream had egg in it, Felicity was quick to look up the ingredients in the binder. She then offered to use a new, clean scooper and put on new gloves. I was very impressed with her going the extra mile to make us feel comfortable and help keep our daughter safe. Felicity was so sweet to both of our kids and was so kind to every customer that came through. The ice cream was also very yummy! We will be back soon ☺️

If there is a community event, these guys are usually there! They have a great variety of flavors, and you can take pints to go, stocking your freezer full with everyone’s favorite flavors. No need to go to Disney for Dole Whip - right in RH. Great flavors, great value, and a fantastic local gem!

Never had a bad experience here, even though it is staffed exclusively by children. It's a popular place so it can be a bit of a wait but it's worth it. The ice cream itself is delicious and the atmosphere is amazing. They have a train.
My grandsons had the best experience in Richmond Hill. Ray was so welcoming and kind. The service was fast and the ice cream was delicious!
