Visited Sunday, Nov.17, As per usual, the food is excellent. However, the service was not on par with what it's expected. For the price of the meals you should expect great service. Our server, Paige, was mostly courteous but at times a bit snarky. While she was mostly attentive, she did not take it well when we had some issues like not bringing a baked potato with the ribeye meal. When asked about it Paige said she'd bring one out. That didn't happen until we were nearly finished and was reminded about not getting it and we told her we did not want it now and to just take it off the bill. She brought one anyway after I asked to speak to the Manager and said that she talked to the manager and was told we could not get credit for the potato but she took off the sweet tea from our bill instead which she said was an equal trade (not true). I told her that was fine that I'd get with the owner. I've NEVER had an issue where the server was so resistant to settling a problem and not getting the Manager when asked. As a retired military officer living in Richmond Hill for 30 years, that is not how to keep local customers. I know the owner does not want negative feedback that could affect this and his other 2 local restaurants. It was just poorly handled.

Service was awesome. Name was Hailey. Was great. My filet, best I ever had. Wife got the stuffed salmon. Comes with a sauce. Sooooo rich. Was hard to eat. Literally everything else was the best. I'm from the north. Is it a southern thing to put some sort of sauce on everything? Wonder how they would've felt if I tossed A1 on their steak. Same idea.

I’ve spent hundreds of dollars at this establishment and to hear this is how he feels about black people?? Disgusting. It hasn’t been 48 hrs since the election and these brave racists are rearing their ugly heads. We work too hard at our black jobs to give you our black money. No more sir. NO MORE!

This is an amazing hole-in-the-wall kind of steakhouse. The prime cuts are outstanding, the artillery punch is dangerous, and the desserts are killer. Definitely worth the drive if you, like us, are not from Richmond Hill.

I will not give a dime of my money to an establishment where the owner is a racist. The owner was overheard by a Black patron going on and on about absent Black fathers and needing more White babies.

Owner is a racist and publicly degrades people.

This was the best Steak we have had since we moved to this area 10 years ago. Forget driving all the way to Savannah for a great dinner. Great food, nice atmosphere, and friendly wait staff. Brandon was very friendly and the food came out pretty quick. Would eat here again.

We were traveling & ended up in GA. Everything was amazing. I had the Mary Ilene 5oz filet, you could cut with your fork. Came with 2 sides. Partner had the seafood chowder ,steak & mushrooms, & a salad. Creme Brulee for dessert. Paige was our server who was very attentive & knowledgeable about the food on the menu.
Atmosphere was nice with music provided by a piano player. Price was great as well. Seriously the best meal we have had in a very long time.

Had the best wedding anniversary date. Brandon was a fantastic server and I would absolutely sit in his section again. Because it is a more expensive experience i would save it for special occasions so I hope he is treated well and likes his job enough to stay. The food was phenomenal. Melt in your mouth steaks. From the dry aged cowboy ribeye to my little filet cuts in the salad it was tender and so full of flavor. It would be a crime to put steak sauce on a steak that great. It would also be a crime to cook it to a hockey puck. The vegetables were fresh, like throw it away if it isn't crispy type fresh. It's hard to cook a fresh green bean and have it retain any flavor but they did it. They use real butter for everything and it's a good butter. I also really enjoyed the little loaf of bread at the beginning, like went to a local bakery for fresh bread level. The bartenders did a great job making the drinks, my husband is a sucker for an old fashion and it was so far his favorite one made. Our choice in shareables were the steak rolls and deep fried deviled eggs, both stand on their own, but the chipotle sauce that is served does pair very well. Again it's pricy, but when you taste the food you can taste the quality, the staff was amazing, the atmosphere was very pleasant. I absolutely love a "old western" feel, and the man playing the piano was a great touch. If you are military and bring a patch they will display it which I think is pretty cool. 10/10 recommend and I will be back. Also the parking lot is a little different, a little small I'd say for how busy they can be but there is a street to park on and I didn't see people circling waiting for others to leave. It was very smooth in a sense of someone was leaving as others were showing up, and again there is a little street to park on. Thank you for making my 13th wedding anniversary an enjoyable one.
