Ordered today 6/18/2025 @ around 12:02 for my wife lunch break.(12-1) Ordered 1 toasted Club sandwich to share. 12:40 comes and goes.I ask the cashier what's the hold up. She said we got hit with Door Dash orders for lunch. That has nothing to do with my 1 sandwich I ordered 40 minutes ago. All the while party's who came in behind us received their sandwiches. Food sure looked good. Hope someone can answer for this.

16 dollars will go much further someplace else.
Also, their Reuben is made with pork pastrami and not corned beef. Fwi.

Uptown Deli has been remodeled, and has a new owner, so am guessing they are still in their “adjustment” period. As counter service deli’s go it is ok; however, the food is overly salty. I had a grilled chicken wrap that would have been great with about 1/3 the salt. My wife ordered the club sandwich, it was bland. I hope, and suspect their food will get better with customer feed back, I believe this because the owner made a point of asking people including us, about our service and food. We will be going back, and I expect things to have improved by our next visit

Loved it! First time going since the new owners. I had the Ultimate Uptown Club and that was a fantastic sandwich! Perfectly melted cheese, buttery crispy toasted bread and more! Great price for such a large sandwich. Presentation was also great! Place is clean and the staff was kind.
Club sandwich was amazing! Can’t wait to try the chopped salad next visit! Friendly staff. We’ll be back.

Had the chicken pesto panini and the chicken was tough and sauce flavorless which is wild considering it's pesto. Staff was nice but inattentive as they were either on their phones (in front of the customers) or hiding in the kitchen (whilst on their phones too, definitely not sanitary) overall disappointed. Hopes were high due to the new ownership but meh.
