This is an authentic deli, with quality meat and generously sized sandwiches. I saved the second half for later.
I tried the club, but they seem to be famous for their Reuben which I’ll try next time.

Didn’t know even know this place existed until recently, but I’m glad I stopped by. Great sandwich, and fantastic value for the money. Definitely one of the bigger sandwiches I’ve had from a deli recently, and the staff was all incredibly nice.

I have visited your restaurant since the original owners opened down at the Ford Avenue location. I always got the Ellis Island, extra hot, with dill shrimp salad, which I loved. I just ordered today and am not a fan of your new version of the shrimp salad. I literally took one bite, asked if I could change my side, and was told since I had already eaten some, it wasn't possible. I understand this but don't feel it was good customer service. But, everyone is out to make money, right? Long gone are the days of pleasing a years long customer. I then tried to finish my sandwich, which was cooked to my specification. But, it was smothered in mayonnaise and seemed like it had too much cheese on it as well. Some people don't like their food drowned in condiments. So, I wish you well in your business endeavor of running this place. As for me, I will not be returning to what used to be a favorite restaurant while I visit the Hill. Yuck, yuck, yuck! I feel like you ruined the shrimp salad with the Dijon sauce.
Talk about a little slice of up north! Get you a Bacon egg and Cheese with salt pepper and Ketchup. I haven't been to Long Island in over 9 years but this took me back to when I was a kid riding my bike up to Ron-C Deli on RTE 112 to get breakfast sandwiches for my dad and I. Thanks for memories Uptown???

It’s been several years since we have been in here. Prices got crazy and quality was iffy. It went under new ownership this year and we were really happy with the results. Pastrami sandwich was great and my wife loved the French Dip. We will be back.

Absolutely phenomenal NY style breakfast bagels! Lunch is also delicious.
The food is amazing! Coming from a family owned business owners, I have to say the service I revived from the start of me opening the door to finishing my food was outstanding. The hot sandwich I had was the best I have ever had! If I could give 10 stars I would!
My wife Cathy and I stopped here on the way back to R.I. from Florida last week. Very delicious meal. My wife accidently left her wallet in the business and we headed north on our way not realizing the mistake. A day later we notified the business, who had secured the wallet and immediately mailed it to our Rhode Island home address. Everything intact and a very happy ending. Thank you owner Courtney Budrow, you were so very nice to go the extra mile for some out of towners who want to spread the word about your good deed.

The new owners are killing it! my sandwich was so delicious today. I can't wait to come back!
Waited 30+ minutes for a Bronx Bomber . The experience was interesting, looking up at the guest who entered after me being served before me took me on a ride to the 1930s. I was finally approached and asked if I received my meal before everyone else was addressed before me . One other black guest walked out after he noticed what was going on. Leaving his paid for meal, it finally came out. Then I heard my name called. I guess it was time for mine to be made it tasted like an Arby's Ruben. I travel all over for good food and experiences with God's people. Hopefully, this is lesson please give good customer service and engage with your customers, letting them all know that you're running behind.
