My kids and I love waffle house. It's fun and the food is cheap. The service ruins it. The staff standing outside arguing about things instead of working, giving attitude when my 5 year old asks for a straw and bringing drinks with no ice is all a bit ridiculous. I get it. It's waffle house, but that doesn't mean the workers have to take out their frustrations on customers. If I were the manager, I'd fire them all and bring in a new crew. Like seriously, who gives attitude to a 5 year old asking for a straw?

I ordered eggs scrambled eggs well done (dry). They were so runny as if they were not cooked. The bacon tasted like salt. The whole experience was awful.

It’s a Waffle House….. the food was good with solid service. The sausage and cheese biscuit might be the best I’ve ever had—definitely a pleasant surprise!

Before the remodel the staff was well above skilled, post remodel the staff needs improvement. The waitress telling the whole restaurant she’s not cleaning up that mess (vomit from her customer) she really lacked discretion, I really didn’t need to know about the vomit while eating….

Stop threw on the way back up to Philly and ask the cook about the grits I seen here cooking she suggested the ones that was prepared earlier was the one I should try out and never ever,ever at any place they would offer you a sample to try them out so that was very considerate and thoughtful for the offer alone so if you in the area the best one I been too without the fights and drama.😅
The smell outside is what brought me inside. I stopped at the shell next door and decided to check it out

Food was amazing as always service was terrible lizzy took my order and didnt bring my drink or anything. I had another server do it for her and then she rudely put my check on my silverware that i was needing to use to eat.
