1.First of all my family put a online order in and once we arrived to the restaurant our food was not ready!
2. There was two women working and an older man working one of the girls was being really rude to the cook witch was the older guy and she was rushing and yelling at him to cook the food faster.
3. From that occurrence me and my wife got a bad case of food poisoning, and we were sick for two days it was the last meal we ate before getting sick
Waffle House you need to evaluate who you’re hiring! The older gentleman does not need to be rushed cooking others food!

Two people: eggs, hash browns (scattered and covered), bacon, toast, and coffee (per person) Price tag with a $5 tip? $35!!!! The atmosphere was loud, the service was sub-par, and quality of food...meh. I miss the old days when the food was good, and the price tag was even better.

My kids and I love waffle house. It's fun and the food is cheap. The service ruins it. The staff standing outside arguing about things instead of working, giving attitude when my 5 year old asks for a straw and bringing drinks with no ice is all a bit ridiculous. I get it. It's waffle house, but that doesn't mean the workers have to take out their frustrations on customers. If I were the manager, I'd fire them all and bring in a new crew. Like seriously, who gives attitude to a 5 year old asking for a straw?

I ordered eggs scrambled eggs well done (dry). They were so runny as if they were not cooked. The bacon tasted like salt. The whole experience was awful.
