Absolutely one of my favorite local businesses! The coffee is great, the people are incredibly friendly and the atmosphere is lovely inside. The highlight of my day is visiting here!

I have been trying new places every weekend. Tried this place last week and came back the next week. Chill menu for breakfast and the lattes were really good. Had their seasonal pumpkin latte and it hit the spot.

I usually love this place but today’s interaction was not so great. I accidentally clicked the wrong flavor drink online and didn’t realize until I came to pick it up and when I asked to exchange it they proceeded to tell me I had to buy another drink and I couldn’t exchange.. I guess this company is so hurt for money they can’t exchange things.. a bit embarrassing especially to someone like me who works in the service industry. I’ve never experienced a company denying an exchange for a simple mistake all because it “costs too much money” to remake a drink. I’ve been to plenty of coffee shops in Richmond hill and I've never had them do something like this. They’ve always been super welcome and super understanding if I dropped a drink or even ordered the wrong one they just exchanged it for me like a normal restaurant. I will not be returning to this place due to this. You shouldn’t be open if you can’t afford to remake a drink for a common mistake.

Best coffee in Richmond Hill! We ordered two blended espressos & they were phenomenal! It was packed but they still managed to get us our coffees in 5 minutes.

This place is amazing! I had the opportunity to visit for work. Got the chance to be taken care by Lily, she and her colleagues were so kind and patient with me explaining everything on the menu and made me feel super comfortable. Highly recommended! The coffee is amazing, food as well and the people too.

The store looked very busy because there were a lot of customers. It was hard to find an empty parking spot. I went there after seeing a picture of a cappuccino served in a mug, but it came in a disposable cup instead. It was a bit disappointing, but the cappuccino was GOOD! The staff were friendly, and the service was fast!

Just wanted to add an update: Since I had my dog with me, my friends and I sat at an outdoor table. One of the staff members was especially kind—she brought two dog treats and a cup of water for my dog. My dog really enjoyed them, and I was truly touched by her kindness. I’ll definitely be back soon!

I love this Coffee Shop Plus. My favorite sandwich is the chicken salad croissant!!! Paired with an unsweetened iced tea!! The customer service is top notch and the shop has a cool vibe. It’s a must do!!

Super cute location, super friendly staff, a VERY YUMMY honey bee latte. Only spot for coffee off 95 and so pleased. Will be back

What's not to love! Parking might be an issue. There is parking on both sides of the building, which we didn't know when we went the first time.
