Around 6/22/26 at 6:15 PM. Went through drive thru and ordered a large chili, sour cream and chive baked potato, and medium cherry limeade. Employees did not know that cherry limeade was on their menu and for some reason recommended that Ginger ale was almost the same thing? So I charged it to a Coke. Did not get sour cream with my SOUR CREAM and chive baked potato, did not get chili sauce, did not get a straw, and did not get a receipt. So it pretty mich felt like ground beef with ketchup and a dry potato with dry grass clippings. Saltines were the only thing they couldn’t mess up. I went here a few times years ago when I used to live here and it the same quality of being served. In about 10 visits I didn’t have one good or even satisfactory experience. This place needs a manager.

I have had a really long day. I have been in the car driving for 9 hours as of the creation of this review. 2 of those hours were spent turning around because a travel necessity was left home by accident. The last hour of this drive was spent in standstill bumper-to-bumper traffic. All genuinely draining. Yet, somehow, eating at this Wendy’s has been the worst part of my day. We waited 10 minutes in this pretty empty location with one person ahead of us. The order was wrong on the screen. Which we mentioned numerous times. Like, multiple. We went about correcting the order in a kind way because service jobs can be a lot. There were two other customers besides us the whole time we were there so I feel like that’s manageable, but what do I know. This leads me to question why the order was still wrong. A junior bacon cheeseburger with ketchup and nothing else is a simple order. Regardless, the whole situation had been frustrating, but these things happen. It’s all about handling the situation with grace. What to not do when you mess up an order someone specifies numerous times that is genuinely basic: give them a room temperature burger. We ate in so I know the heat didn’t disappear during the 10 second walk to the table. There’s no reason that any of this should have happened. I don’t think expecting your burger to be right and warm at a restaurant that is literally a burger joint is a lot to ask. But apparently this location thinks so. I should have known better than to spend money here when I saw the dog poop outside the door

I found hair in my lemonade and there was no lids for the cups and no regular soda’s and the dining room was filthy dirty tables wasn’t clean and the employee that was working there locking the doors on the customers who were still eating in the dining room when I got done eating here one of the doors were locked and I had to unlock it.

I will not be coming back to this messy slob restaurant again the employees working there were filthy disgusting and the whole kitchen was dirty to the dining room and the trash cans were full of trash never been emptied and the soda machine wasn’t dispensing ice and I screamed at the soda machine and there wasn’t no lemonade left and this place closes at 10 tonight and don’t understand why they are closing so early.

Ordered through the app for in-store pick up for quickness and efficiency. Store was closed. So waited 10 minutes in the drive-thru line to tell them about my app order. They couldn't find my order, until they did. My order was very wrong and incomplete. The food I did get was completely cold. So now I'm driving down 95 with a bag of cold egg biscuits. Gross.

The experience was quite disappointing. I visited the place shortly after it opened and faced multiple issues. The wait time was far too long, and the food arrived lukewarm. My frosty was already melting, with some dripping down the side, and the cashier didn’t provide a napkin or spoon when handing it to us. The drinks, which were supposed to be peach Minute Maid, tasted more like diluted soda. I definitely won’t be coming back to this location, as the staff seemed indifferent to their work and the quality of the food.

I came thru the drive thru around 7:00 pm on December 7. I ordered 3 kids meals, a number 1, and the spicy chicken combo, got home all the food was correct except the spicy chicken didn’t have any chicken on it so I called and was told to ask for Marissa and they’d remake that the person on the meat station was new which I understand… So I showed up with a nice attitude (given I had to get my 2 year old up out of the bed to drive back up there) I ask for Marissa I wait a few minutes I get the remade spicy chicken sandwich w extra mayo (as I ordered) and get home and pictured below… NOTHIMG but the meat this time… I normally have a good attitude but this is ridiculous! Now I feel like this was done purposely… I never once yelled or raised my voice and was completely nice. Now I’m pissed!!!!
