I just moved to the area and today would’ve been my first time eating here. In placed an order on door dash, which showed the establishment was open. Two dashers were sent here during a 30 minute wait with no change in status. Next thing I know the order is canceled. No reason given by this merchant to door dash. No problem though. After seeing all the reviews about cleanliness, it was a blessing it disguise to be canceled. Will be sure to avoid going forward.

We came here only because Arby's across the street ignored us. I'm glad they did. The employees here were very friendly! The food was not, fresh, and fast. It was a very good visit. We will stop here again.

We went through drive thru. Business was nasty. They didn't have ketchup. What burger joint doesn't have ketchup!!! We left and stopped down the road to eat. Our order was totally wrong. What a disaster of a place to eat! Stay away if you're smart!

Order inside and saw folks vaping in the back while handling food. One girl was leaning over the food making station with no hair net on her cell phone. They made my order wrong and then blamed my wife when she went back to the register. I dumped my food in the trash and went elsewhere. Sad experience in Wendy’s

Less than impressed overall. Service, cleanliness, bathrooms, and overall experience were minimal. The food order was missing an item, but at least the fries were hot when I asked for the missing item.
With some motivation, it could be a better maintained place. As far as future stops go, that's a big negative.

Walked in to order with not a single customer in line, waited 30 minutes gave up and asked for refund, I can't describe the disaster of not being able to preform the most bask tasks.

Filthy! The only napkin in the whole place was laying on the ground. The soda machine was not working properly. And the whole place was disgusting, including the restroom.

Stopped here on a trip back from Florida as my son wanted chicken nuggets. Would have been 100 times better at a McDonalds. Walked in during a rain storm and it was NOT busy. Register kid wanted to pay more attention to the stories being told than to me the customer. Ordered food and said ketchup please. Went to get food and found no ketchup. Alright eating here i can use the pump -- no cups. Ask about it and she must have been the manager said no packets until Tuesday -- got a chili cup to use for the pumps and they are out and not working. Ask again for ketchup, was told we only have the ketchup for our sandwiches and she takes a spoonful and puts it in a chili cup. The little cups and the ketchup again nothing til Tuesday. Coke drink machine...had Coke, some sparkling water, and some tea mix. Everything else was out. Asked about it --- not coming til Tuesday.
They had about 8 employees and it wasn't until we were leaving that I saw the register kid act like he was cleaning something behind the counter.
Oh and the fries...not up to any Wendy's standard if ever had. Undercooked and soggy.
Will never return to the Richmond Hill Wendy's off of 95 ever again.

Our food was good but the bathrooms are less than stellar and needed a lot of attention. No toilet paper was on the rolls and just all around dirty. The dining room was dirty. Pop machine needed a clean and no Napkins were out. If we aren't well tomorrow I know why
