Check your food before leaving the drive thru. Second time I got shorted on tenders. Ordered the 6 plate, only received 4. đ¤Śđ˝ââď¸
When I pulled up and saw the line I dreaded to wait, but Candace and her co workers worked fast and efficiently with order! Was in and out within less than 10 minutes Thank you keep it up!

literally just sat outside for 30 minutes after the drive thru just for our food to be sitting on the counter cold. staff was just standing around drinking milkshakes.

Food took almost an hour
Have never done this before, but we ended up leaving without even eating bc the server was so rude while we were trying to place our order. Very disappointed.

Fine patrons of zaxbys, go to any zaxbys but this one. At this zaxbys I said my order, and then the cashier begrudgingly asked for my name and if it has here or to go. What I do not understand is why she did not ask for this information while she stared at me for several seconds before I took my order. No greeting, no nothing. I didnât know if I should speak or not. The waiting was uncomfortable and made me upset with zaxbys before I even ate. The food was fantastic as always, but I couldnât help but feel a melancholy from my prior experience trying to order. The girls name according to the receipt was âEdward m.â I feel this is not true (another failure on their part). It was lunch time on November 25th 2024. I can only imagine what the drive thru customers heard through the speaker. Please work on hiring kinder people.
