Cobb salad is good as usual but what made this stop spectacular was the service from Tina. She met every customer with an enthusiastic hello and was super nice while ordering. Exceptional customer service….very rare.

Such a cute store. It's either really new or really clean. Either way stopped to use the bathroom and swap drivers on my road trip and the staff was very friendly and the energy was welcoming.

Advertise Quesadillas on tv and on register monitors but won't sell to you as it is to hard and takes to much time for them to make it

Did mobile oder waited an hour while every other order was filled went to window 3 times still had to go back for drinks in the rain and still had to loop back around for sauce. When you buy over $60 worth of food I would expect better . Do better zaxbys

Good customer service, good food, but a little pricey. the only thing I don't like is that they never give you a receipt. Something is always wrong with them printing a receipt.

Placed order online and app said food would be ready in 15 minutes after 15 minutes of waiting went to ask how much longer it would take. The GM said they hadn't started it yet because we didn't tell them we were there, it was an in-store pickup order - not drive thru or curbside. Then waited an additional 20 minutes for food. While waiting for our food another customer who had already gotten their food was just trying to get ranch sauce when the GM yelled we aren't taking any more orders right now. I gave him one of my ranch sauces when my order was finally given because she not once had acknowledged his presence other than to tell him they aren't taking orders.
