Terrible service!!! I’ve already been waiting 30 minutes for my food and one of the cashiers gave it to the wrong person so now I have to wait another 20 minutes for them to fix it. The cashiers are just as miserable as the atmosphere in this restaurant!!!

If i could put 0 stars I would, the restaurant was busy, so I understand it taking a little longer, but then you would expect the food to be correct , to keep everything going smooth, my husband went in and asked for fry seasoning per my request because there was NONE on the fries. They then informed him they no longer sell it extra, he then let them know his food had none, they asked him to go back to the car and bring the food in so they could add it after he already waited 30 mins in drive thru, the cashier then asked the cooks if they were putting fry seasoning on the fries, the cook not knowing my husband was standing right there said “tell him go home put his own seasoning on there” and all i can say is they are lucky I wasn’t there myself because I wouldn’t have been as nice as him. In my opinion if you don't like your job or working in customer service environment , find a different job, do your job correctly & you wont have any problems. Very disappointed in my visit here today, never have had this experience here before.

Second time finding hair in my food. Wearing a hat with your hair down underneath it doesn't follow Georgia safety food regulations and requirements. RULE 40-7-19-.08 [3] Food Safety Directives must be followed at ALL establishments handling and preparing food.

Got home no cole slaw, no drinks which were not asked for but in place more cole slaw. Five piece no bread. Waited thirty minutes for this !

My food was good........when I finally received it. Do not stop here unless you have all night!Just don't go here.Maybe another Zaxby's?Or just go somewhere else altogether.I wasn't all that hungry when I ordered but I was hella hungry by the time the food came.It was supposed to be lunch but it ended up being dinner instead.Edit: fortunately Zaxby's is sorry ??Even feels like an automated response because they used lowercase in my name just like is on my account while they use uppercase for everyone else. Go Zaxby's!!

Sat at the drive thru menu for 10 minutes. Had to call the restaurant and ask them what the deal was they informed me the “ kitchen was down”. Finally placed my order and sat over 30 minutes in the parking lot waiting for them to bring me the food. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had since coming to this zaxbys.

Consistently bad service. Horrible attitudes. $13 for for a salad with no dressing. "Little zax snack", turned out to be 3 burnt pieces of chicken and no sauce.

The quality of the food was excellent. The property was clean and the staff were very kind to us. However, our food took it over 25 minutes to arrive, at a time when the place did not appear to be very busy. Also, feel like several people were served before us, despite us ordering prior to them.

Cashier had her back to us until I eventually said honey are you ready? She didn't even know how to ring up two wings and things one teriyaki one tongue torch. Had to call another employee. Only three people working in back but five people standing around for front counter and drive thru. Took 23 minutes to get food.
