When I placed my order in drive thru they had no customers. Ordered 5 PC Tenders meal. Arrive home and half the order is missing. I can see why the google review score is so bad. The best part is when you read google reviews and there is no response from the company. Reason, they don't care.

terrible....$43 for twelve undersized tenders, the bowl of mashed potatoes was only half full, the bowl of coke slaw was only half full, and they completely forgot the French fries..and traffic was too bad to go back......worst KFC experience

First time visiting. Ordered 3 pc big box with coleslaw and mac. Two extra biscuits and a smash bowl. Got mashed potatoes instead of coleslaw and they forgot the biscuits. It wasn’t busy.

I placed an online order, and the website quoted my food would be available at 540. I went into the restaurant at 545 and there was nothing in the pick up area. There was another customer sitting at a table and he told me he has been waiting 40 minutes for his food. It wasn't quite that long for me, but after 10 minutes I was finally acknowledged and at the top of the hour I had received my food. The order was accurate, however the quality compared to what KFC used to be has definitely gone down hill. The saving grace for still getting 2 stars is the mashed potatoes and gravy were perfect.

Every time I go to the KFC in Rincon Georgia they get my my drive through window order wrong. This evening was the worse and they didn’t have enough people working to cover the drive through and the counter.This was my last visit to a KFC as it’s no longer worth the effort. Great food but terrible service anymore,Learn from chick-f-la who have the service piece down but have limits on their food choices. You are missing a trick and loosing customers. I will not be back and I wish you the best.Chase the money and loose the customer, chase the customer and the money will come

They treat their employees like garbage same with dq and taco bell my girlfriend works here and she’s treated terribly. The GM said she wants to fire her and told her if shes nervous she should just quit. This is only one of the examples of mistreatment.

I went to KFC for 2 famous bowls and fries. They charge me for 2 sauces I didn’t receive, and i never recieved my fries so i go back in and ‘Rose’ told me a combo meal does not include fries. What sense does that make.
