I placed a large order online & everything was perfect except it didn't show the sauces to them. The gentleman quickly ran inside & got them for us. One gentleman even came out & told us it would only be a few more minutes. Excellent customer service!
Why do they even have a Crispy option on the menu? On six visits, two they gave me all dark meat, two they simply told me they didn’t have any crispy chicken and two they had to add some Original to make the order complete. This is the sorriest ran KFC in all my experience. I recommend this place to no one!! There is a Popeyes right down the street and that is where my business will go from now on!!!

This evening, September 15, 2020, a police officer ordered at the drive thru at the KFC in Rincon, Georgia. When he pulled up to the window several of the on duty employees inside the store cursed and ridiculed him. I fully expect this matter to be dealt with swiftly and publicly by corporate officials. This matter WILL NOT just go away.
