You know I've been a KFC Fan since I was 5 or 6 years old. But, I'm losing my desire to go spend 56 dollars for the marked up missing food. Yes missing. The last 3 times I've gone to the Rincon store I've come home or had to turn around and go back for food I've ordered. As I had to do again today. I ordered a 16 pc. Meal and 1 lrg fry. The fries were no where to be found even after having to repeat it at the window. And telling them about the last time...

I don't know who the manager was working tonight, but give that man a raise!
Every staff member I spoke with tonight was super nice, and I received the absolute best customer service I have received in a very long time. I had a decent sized order and they were out of the specifics. This manager still fulfilled the order timely and gave me almost all breasts to make up for the deficits. I got home and noticed they threw in extra biscuits too!

I came through the drive thru tonight. I got the last pot pie and I asked for a 4pc chicken finger combo. Got home and it was a 3pc tender meal with no biscuit. Charged for a 4 PC. I called and I got to speak with Alex. He was very apologetic. He thought he put an extra tender in the box and told the staff I would need to wait on a biscuit. They handed me my stuff and never said a thing. Thank you Alex for being honest, and answering the phone. I appreciate your professionalism.
