To the bearded guy who was working at 4pm on December 3rd. You completed less than 1 order of two drinks in 15 minutes because you were so busy talking to some woman who literally followed you up and down the counter. You weren't busy, but I waited 15 minutes after my app order was supposed to be ready to get my drinks. We pay a premium for your services. ACT LIKE IT.

Went to starbucks for an afternoon snack and the customer service was phenomenal Marcus and Liam both did an amazing job!
I really would like to thank Mr. Marcus for being so nice and having great customer service! He made me feel very welcomed. The patience and character he showed during my visit exceeded my expectations and he made the best espresso! I was exhausted but after my experience my entire mood shifted to a happy place! My girlfriend and I come here 3-4 times a week, typically in the drive-thru. We have never ever had an issue and we love coming here!! Today we went inside the store because the line was wrapped around the building. I will start by saying the manager at the register taking our order was clearly not in the mood to speak to the public nor his employees. Aside from his body language and the hateful look on his face saying he did not care about his job or his staff, he was extremely rude with his tone when he did speak but he also completely ignored my girlfriend when she said “thank you” for jumping over to take her order. Not the face you want representing your company Starbucks. To all the other employees, keep up the great work!
