Hit or miss. Mostly miss. 🤦🏾♀️ I have gotten crappy drinks made here more than I’d like to admit. But today was definitely the last straw. I sat in the drive thru for almost 15 mins to pick up a mobile order I already paid for. When I finally got my drinks the ice was almost completely melted and my drink literally tasted like 💩. I couldn’t go inside to get it remade or complain because I had my kids in the car. And there was no way I was going to sit in that drive thru line again. I traveled 30 mins for a cup of disappointment.

There is a very sweet woman who works here who handed us cute little stickers with each of our coffee orders. She also gave us a free caramel ribbon crunch tonight. She said you just never know if somebody is having a rough day.

Her kindness and attention to detail make my day, and I especially love the stickers she adds to my cup. It's a small gesture, but it means a lot and brightens my day every time.
