The owners helped me tremendously today when my previous plans fell through unexpectedly with another bakery and I was left without a cake on party day, Sugar Chic went out of their way to make sure we had a cake and cupcakes on theme very very last minute! They were so helpful and kind, even though they didn’t have to be. We will use them for everything after today!“

“I can really only speak for the East Brainerd location since that is the only place I go. But they're soooo kind. It's a warm environment even if cookies weren't baking. ^_^ I don't even mind just watching while waiting for my cookies on a busy day.“

“Took all 3 of my dogs in to get bathed today and it was well worth it! Employees were so helpful while I took all 3 in. They let me know they don't mind the husky fussing while he gets her bath (she hates it). They let me take my time with all 3 dogs and provided extra towels. Now I have 3 fantastic smelling dogs. “Stopped by for the 1st time after work. Was extremely easy to find and parking was a breeze behind the store. A Tres Leche cake was what I was looking for and found it literally right I'm front of the door! The selection of fresh breads and pastries was abundant! I got the cake I was looking for and several pastries and loaves of bread to try out! The proce was amazing as I got the cake and 8 pieces of bakery for $30... I highly recommend this establishment! “We love great American cookie company, but many times get a subpar customer service experience. Today we had an incredible experience. A young lady named China went above and beyond for us. She made us double doozie cookie cake slices even though there were none out. She had a wonderful attitude and interacted with us. This location is lucky to have a worker like China who shines such a bright light!“
