hash browns were dropped down in the plastics bag with my brkfst platter carelessly! Grease went all over my sugar packets, so I could not even drink my coffee!! the window girl was rude didn't give me a straw for my sweet tea which may have been sugar water? She didn't ask if I needed anything else? not even a have a nice day? The girl at the service window was great, very clean. Since were in a pandemic that should be an obvious requirement. Fries were slightly cold and the roast beef was horrible. Hardees needs to stick to their burgers. What I paid for '$8.09' was a drink, crappy fries and meat between two buns. No sauce on this sandwich... Just literally meat and bread. Ridiculous.
