I love this place and would recommend it to anyone and hate leaving reviews but today was just… not it..
We’ve always loved coming here and typically have a great experience, but unfortunately this visit was a disappointment. Our party of 9 (4 adults, 5 kids) arrived at 5pm, placed our order about 10 minutes later, and got our drinks with no issues.
After an hour with no food, the manager came over to let us know our server had entered our order but never actually sent...read full review
We LOVE Jefferson’s! Had a great experience last Sunday on the outdoor patio with our server Carli! She did a great job keeping our drinks filled and checked in on us several times. We eat here at least once a month for the teacher’s eat free day as well and always have a great experience. ❤️🙏🏼
Disappointing that those of us with shellfish allergies can’t eat their sandwiches, etc since they are grilled where shrimp are grilled. Request to have sandwich prepared in a pan was denied.
