Everything! Customer service was impeccable with Charles and Elise! Friendly but professional knowledgeable about all the products and pampering, as if I was the only customer they had had all day! And if that wasn’t enough, my sandwiches were amazing! Absolutely delicious! Thank you! 😋❤️

The stores hours posted are for 9pm. My husband and I went to pick up subs at 8:00. When we get there, the open sign is off and the door is unlocked. When my husband walked in to ask if they were closing early, one of the employees said, “We are in the midst of closing.” Poor customer service. I’d understand if we showed up 15 minutes, but a WHOLE hour.

Well I have been here plenty and normally I have no issues. For whatever reason this time .. apparently just making a sandwich with meat and cheese was too hard.. there was only a skinny guy and a big girl (not judging but that's how I'd describe them) they needed to remake one of them and I asked for the other while I waited but then got the most rude response and finally one the other sandwich was remade I got the first.. mid you they are supposed to both be hot.. so I ended up with 1 hot rushed sandwich and 1 cold sandwich that would have been fine but considering they had something stuck up somewhere that was apparently too much of an inconvenience.. not to mention I didn't even bother pointing out the extra cheese I asked for or pickles on the side.. yeah I get it sounds like a lot.. but I'm sorry this is very simple to do it right the first time.. and I get accidents happen but if ur that miserable when u make a mistake don't blame me. And just to be clear as to the Date and time it's Nov. 6th at just after 5pm. If that helps.. I usually have no problems here and would normally leave a good review when deserved and that same lady did a phenomenal job last time do if she was just having an off day, I'm sorry but still no excuse..

Former worker here, do not eat here management dosnt care about customers or employees, however if you want free food just order something then call and complain it was wrong and they will refund it they don't care about quality or service you are just a number and replaceable the District manager regularly cusses and yells at employees and tells then not to worry about the regular customers focus on the new ones cause in her words, it dosnt matter the old ones will come back no matter what, they don't wash hands or even change gloves sometimes when handling raw meat careful or you might get sick

Great service, great food, especially the cheese steaks. The reason for the removal of one star is because of the lavender cleaning scent as both my mom and I are allergic to lavender, and we ended up with extremely bad headaches after eating at this location. I wish places would stop using flowery smells to clean their floors with. Go back to cleaning with stuff that has no scent. People have allergies.
