The Island Impact smoothie from Smoothie King has been one of the few things that brings me a little bit of peace in all of it. It’s simple, tropical, and for a few minutes it takes the weight off my mind.
It doesn’t fix everything, but it gives me a small moment where I’m not thinking about fear or what’s next—just something cold, sweet, and steady.

“Best coffee place ever! Never had a bad coffee, smoothie, or energy drink. The service is always great and friendly. They are quick and have your order ready in no time. One of my favorite features is when you mobile order in their app they do not start making your order until you arrive. So it's always fresh when you pick it up. The mini doughnuts are also a great little snak anytime of the day. Can't beat the price either. You get 3 for $1. I highly recommend going anytime you are around one of their drive thru locations.“

“soooo good! I'm a traveling musician and it's always hard to find good vegan grub on the road but dang this spot was worth the pit stop for sure! I had the fish sandwich and carrot salad and i got one of evey desert they had just ya know.... for the road 😏. 10/10 ...that brownie set a whole new bar. My only complaint is that i wish yall were closer to Nashville ❤️🤘“

“All the espresso blenders are delicious they are based on your personal preference in flavor (white mocha, carmelicious, turtle or mocha chocolate flavor, etc.) ☕️ Also fruit smoothies are great when it’s hot with the cream base and energy 🍓🥭🍑🍌🫐 Cinnamon rolls, maple waffle sandwiches, ciabattas even….. anddddd pup cups, kids menu, and lollipops?! Gotta try it out ✨🫶🏼“
