I've visited all four Thatcher's locations, and the food has always been consistently good. We've never had a bad meal.
At the Ringgold location, we ordered our favorite, the Man of Smoke sandwich, along with sweet potato tots for lunch. The regular-sized Man of Smoke is enough for two people, in my opinion, and the jumbo size is huge!

After all the remodeling and staff changes, this place is a great place to eat!
Barbecue is amazing! The staff are warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere is very charming.
My favorite dish is the Brickhouse Bucket. The Porky Bucket is also a great dish. I have had several dishes there, and none of them disappointed.
