I’m saddened to see the Gunbarrel location closed. Will it re-open and when?

My husband and I decided to try this place last Tuesday night..We ordered a 10inch Pizza and an order of Zias Meatball Marinara...it was bad!! The pizza had abt 2 teaspoons of sauce right in the middle with our toppings but it was mostly crust..and not even tasty crust..The Pasta says meatballs but there were none in ours..And it was so dry I wouldn’t feed it to our dog!! Save ur $$ and just eat a store bought pizza instead..No matter what ..it will be better!!

Huge salad and lots of options for toppings. Friendly staff, good outdoor seating area. In a great new clean location.

That’s how it’s suppose to look is what I’m told. Bad attitude from staff. Rude. Will not be back. Best bet is to go to the one on Gunbarrel when it opens back up. Disappointing experience.

This place has young kids working for the establishment and sometimes they make a good pizza and sometimes they don't sometimes all the toppings are put in one area of the dog sometimes it's not enough toppings so it depends on when you go and who's there as to whether the pizza is going to be good or not

Wow they really loaded the pizza with what I wanted! Only complaint would be the crust is a little too thin. Great experience over all.

We actually love the pizza here, and the owner is nice. However, several of their staff are very rude and act like having customers ruins their day. Also, they have apparently changed their hours, without updating their Google, Apple, or FB; which, has led to us trying to dine there multiple times, only to arrive to a closed restaurant. That’s just not ok. Update your social media!

I tried ordering pizza online and my gift card was not working. So I called the restaurant and explained the situation. The employee over the phone took my order and said I could use the gift card in store. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was informed they no longer accepted that gift card. They had changed their gift card processing company. I had only received the gift card a week ago.Regardless I felt they should honor a gift card especially when one of their employees already said I could use it in store. Complete waste of my time and Horrible customer service.
This was our first experience with your pie. We were gifted a gift card and decided to try the location nearest us. We tried ordering online but the gift card, although we could see it had $30, wouldn’t work on the site when we tried to order. So we called the local restaurant and ordered over the phone. We informed them we would be using a gift card. They took the order, but as we arrived, we were told the current system for processing gift cards had been recently updated. This apparently meant that our $30 gift card we received a week ago was now useless. The female employee that served us (not Matt regardless of the receipt info) was uninterested in finding a solution. She gave us an insincere “sorry” to try and console my wife, but was unwilling to put forth any effort to make this first time customer want to return. It’s almost as disappointing as your boss promising pizza for lunch but he gets it from Pizza by Alfredo.

We make this place a tradition for our family! Our kids love all the topping options, and the fresh handmade crust is so good! The price is just right for a big family, and we always look forward to the gelato afterwards!

We were wanting something small after traveling all day. It was decided pizza would be great, especially a small size pizza. We arrived 15 minutes before the posted close time and the doors were locked up tight. Employees looked up and did nothing.Mark and Becky you had a good thing going, but since you have handed over the reigns things certainly have gone downhill, big time.

Pizza was made and delivered quickly and was exceptional. Toppings and crust were perfect! The staff was excellent too!

Overall experience was great the pizza was awesome the ceaser side salad was great only complaint was way to much cheese in it we also had the cheese sticks and Gelato the mango Gelato was amazing the crew was pleasant the restaurant was very clean I would highly recommend eating here
