Lookout Mountain Pizza Company serves wonderful pizza with a fantastic crust. The Sophia pizza is incredibly tasty, with a little spice on the backend, while the Pope pizza, featuring three meats that soak into the crust, is also a favorite. The small building has a wood oven, and it is a BYOB place, allowing guests to enjoy their drinks with the meal. With great food, service, and atmosphere, this restaurant is highly recommended for a delicious meal. It’s a convenient stop after visiting Cloudland Canyon State Park, but customers should arrive early, as the restaurant closes if they run out of dough for the night. The outside seating can be tricky, as many tables are sunk into mulch, but enjoying a meal on the porch is a nice option if the weather is pleasant.
