What started as a great evening ended on a sour note. Food and wine choices excellent Prices fair for caliber of restaurant. One poor choice we made was the corn bread It was dry and tasteless. We were having a great evening until a large group of golfers came in. I understand that it is a restaurant assoc. with a golf resort but It is marketed as high end, not a pub Unfortunately they were way too loud for the setting and spoiled the night for many other diners who Scrambled...
Our waitress Jen was great. We ordered 2 glasses of wine, the Trout and the chicken bucatini. The bucatini was good but the chicken was fatty and I couldn't eat those parts. The atmosphere was incredibly beautiful! The Trout was enjoyed by my wife.
Beautiful restaurant and bar. The view is awesome. The tables needed table cloths or placemats at this price point. Our table was dirty the entire time and I had to ask the server to clean it. The chairs are super heavy and every time you scoot them it was like nails on a chalkboard. The hush puppies were to die for. I would go there just for those. The mussels were fine but nothing to write home about. The filet and Mediterranean salad were bland and had no flavor. Had to ask...
