“Stood in the lobby at least 5 minutes before I had to ask someone about my call-in order that had been prepared. There was only 1 other customer in there who was just waiting for his pizza, but there were at least 4 workers milling around doing what looked like minimal tasks.

Parking: It was Customer Appreciation Day, so they should have been showing people that they appreciated them in a way other than a discounted pizza.“
