Food service and atmosphere all are terrible. Chicken not all the way cooked through. They get your order wrong with an attitude. Chicken fingers got bones in them. Workers go outside smoke come right back in and start fixing food. Today I got a refund cause the whole damn meal was grotesque. I wish the owners of this place would just show up and see how their business is being ran into the ground.

The young lady at the front counter was very pleasant in her interaction with the customers. She not only ensured the customer's experience was pleasant, but she also proceeded to tidy the dining area, without complaint. This was unlike the profanity laiden rant of an employee on a prior visit. The associate on this visit definitely has superior leadership abilities, in spite of the gossip from the other associates, and slight profanity from the manager-on-duty.
I truly wish her the absolute best in the future. Her demeanor was impeccable and exuded a majestic aura. The associates demeanor was that of one who is happy, confident, and holds themsleves to the highest standards. Only wish her colleagues would receive some of this positive energy.
The receipt has associate Marrkiyah, but there were multiple associates at the register on 06.02.2026 at 1:56 p.m.
