Hey Chiel

If you did not give this place five stars you are crazy. I got here all the time. This is the best jerk chicken in Atlanta. I don’t care.

Gentleman is very courteous and welcoming. Curry Chicken patty is delicious with a spicy kick. Beef patty was dry and over flaky- did not seem fresh. Plantains had a strange taste. Food was just ok...Vegetarian options: Kale and Callaloo, Vegetable Jamican Patty a 2 other options

I ordered the Curry chicken with rice and veggies. It was seasoned to perfection and the portions were on point. I will definitely visit this restaurant again soon.

The best way to explain this place for me would be "7 hour old leftover pizza you forgot to refrigerate." Deep down you know its safe to eat, but science and your mind tells you its bad to enjoy. You cook it up and eat it anyways. Its still good as "expected".At the time they prepared my vegan dish (Sweet and sour sei), I could not help but notice the fact that they placed all of the serving spoons in one container of water, perhaps to keep the spoons clean. Now, I don't make a big deal out of issues like this, but I'm vegan so I don't eat meat or want any milk, butter etc. in my food. And it seemed like the same spoons being used to pick up the other items were being put in that same pot. Maybe they cleaned it before they placed it in the water? Maybe they did not.All I know is that I do not want to think about it. Taste of the food is good. Cabbage was sus though. The establishment needs Ramsey but the people here are not awful.

This was the worst Caribbean food I’ve had this year! We ordered three different entrées in all three of them were horrible! the rice, in the rice & peas was still raw, the red snapper was tough, dry, which means the fish was old! the cabbage was chewy & had no taste whatsoever. we had chicken roti and the roti shell taste like leather! The oxtails were burnt, and All of the chicken was stringy! I can see if it was one entrees, but all of them! I would never order from them again & my Jamaican ancestors are turning over in their graves!

Don't waste your time, they'll give you old food for a ridiculous astronomical price. Won't ever go back there again. They use to be really good but since the pandemic it hasn't been worth it at all.

Feelin' for some Island Cuisine...? Look no more. Right in Riverdale, this quaint restaurant to accommodates with hot-table ready dishes. My friend truly enjoyed their j*** chicken meal with rice and peas, plantain and cabbage. Yum, yum!

So I was having a taste for some Jamaican food and decided to give this place a try because I seen that not a lot of people have been and wanted to support a black business. This is not my usual place to order but this one time I tried will be my last. I ordered the large curry goat and a j*** chicken patty. The cabbage was hard and tasteless. The rice was dry and tasteless, the plantains were mushy, and I literally almost had no goat. The curry was obviously made with store bought curry powder as well, it was not authentic… I had to scavenge my plate for slithers of goat meat because it was all bones. It was as if they gave me last night’s leftovers from the bottom of the pot…Absolutely no meat. I am very disappointed. The j*** chicken patty had a burnt taste and was mushy on the inside like it was refried beans or something. $23 down the drain… I would not recommend this place.
