Normally when I visit the Riverdale location, I have a great experience, but my last two have not been so great…. My first unpleasant experience was when I ordered creole lemon fries and got home to discover I was given straight Cajun fries. Then tonight I ordered a Turkey burger with double cheese to receive a cold put together burger with unmelted cheese. If my burger was freshly cooked there’s no way my cheese shouldn’t be melted.
The burger was great! I like the fries,salty but not in a bad way. I like the slushy but they only had the blue,thought it would be variety but it was still good. Nothing to complain about. Service was perfect,even though the woman worked alone she did every job with a smile on her face and in a timely manner!

My second time dining I let it slide the pickles they put on my turkey burger, but they did it again! Then I ordered hot wings all drums dusted with lemon pepper. I got all flats just hot no lemon pepper dust off! I did not feel like going back through traffic to get it fix or refund my $2.00 but if I go back I will definitely check my food from now on! They could really do better when reading while preparing the food.
