For the love of god. Please pay them more to take calls instead of sourcing them out of the country. Every single time I order thru the call service my order is incorrect. Sourcing calls away from the restaurant is the dumbest thing you could’ve ever done. I literally just had to drive back so they could fix it. This is maybe the 10th time the call service has failed.
I personally stopped eating papa johns, picked up a pizza from here for an event. The pizzas were taking a while the employees kept everyone updated on their order, they weren't ready on time but it was nice to get informed regularly on when the orders would be ready.

I've been a customer of Papa John's for many years, I actually used to work there a few years ago and it is very disappointing to have to say this and give a bad review but that had to be done off the worst pizza I've ever had the displeasure of trying to eat.
