While picking up my mobile order, I was told at the speaker box that mobile orders are to be picked up inside. I tried to explain my condition but it seemed as if they turned it off. I pull up at the window and the lady yelled to come inside. I explained that I was handicapped. I literally have a handicap license plate. Everytime i visit this location they are out of something. Always in disarray and there is never a manager around.
