“I ordered a Gluten Free Pizza with everything and a friend of mine order pepperoni. She doesn't have to eat gluten free like me but decided to try one...she said it was the best Pizza she had ever had and I must say mine was " out of this world" DELICIOUS! He was so kind and helpful..love this place! I WILL BE BACK!“

“Kinda a weird place to go alone, not enough corners, not really any barriers between booths.
But uh, great service.
Love their Boneless Wings Thursdays.
Shame they limit people to 15 (regular order) wings on BOGO Thursday, would much prefer to get 60 (regular order 30) instead.
They'd get more money from alcohol sales if people stuck around to shove expensive chicken nuggets drenched in sauces longer.
.. oh, and don't bother with the $20 boneless AND fries combo. These fries are more tasteless than Steak And Shake fries and of similar cut.“

“We’ve had the same delivery person from the Ft Oglethorpe, Ga location for 20 plus yrs. Just found out tonight he has logged in more than 1.4 million miles since beginning his career in 2002 and estimates added $7 million dollars revenue to the company. I wish i knew his name. He’s always been considerate and polite. I feel Pizza Hut corporate should recognize an employee that been so dedicated & loyal over so many years. If there ever were an employee deserving of recognition he Is the person. I personally think you should give him a new delivery car at the least while he continues to represent your company in the most professional manner.RegardsRay Andrews“

“I had a large order that was needed for a Father's Day gathering. I was able to call and speak to the manager Gina. She was able to assist me with all of my needs and when I got there to pick it up everything was hot and ready! Her staff was also great with assisting me to get my order to my vehicle! Customer service was top notch! The restaurant was clean too! Thank you to Gina and all of her staff for making my family event a great success! Kudos!!!“

“We ordered for delivery (against our better judgement). We didn't receive tortillas for an order of fajitas. Called the restaurant and got hung up on 3 times. Called DoorDash and tried to resolve it and THEY HUNG UP ON THEM TWICE. I have screen caps of this. My daughter's quesadilla gave her cramps until 4am and my chicken seemed like it was boiled. In liquid distilled from sadness. But with less seasoning. Life is too short to deal with crap like this. Cook at home, people. It's better for you and way less frustrating.“

“Shared to Google The Chickamauga Pizza Hut is the best. Their service is always great, but with today being Memorial Day they were busier than normal. When we pulled up there was a line of cars at the window. I noticed someone pulling up behind me and they got out and walked in. I was thinking of asking my husband to go in when I noticed it was a Pizza Hut employee back from a delivery. I felt bad she couldn’t get to where they normally park and had to walk so far. To my surprise she walked in, and then quickly back out and began going up to cars asking for their names, and taking their payments and bringing orders out. We had to wait a little longer than normal but we did not mind. Everyone we saw inside was working so hard to get orders out quickly, but Cecily really impressed me with how she didn’t seem upset she had to walk further, and didn’t miss a beat coming out to help all of us that were waiting. Oh, and the pizza was so good. :0)“

“I wanted an item that should've been hot and ready. But with free bread sticks, I can wait 10 mins for fresh pizza. Manger was really super sorry for not having the items I wanted. Store is clean, outside was very clean. I'll be returning in the future. Staff is super friendly.“

“Went for an online pick up. We got the order and one of our pizzas was a little messed up. Wasn’t really a big deal, but I went back in to see if they could remake it. They were totally chill and remade it. Cool people and chill atmosphere. Thanks guys!“

“We ordered 10 Large Pizzas and 2 Orders of the Parmesan Bites w several sauce cups. The order was placed through their website this morning and was ready for the time we entered for pick up. The staff was very friendly and helpful as we arrived until we walked out with our order. The pizzas and bites were hot, just came out of the oven!! Toppings were evenly spread out covering the pizza. We were greatly pleased with the taste also.We recently had a smaller order and it was also great. One reason we chose to place our large order today!Thanks for great food and customer service!!!!! Also for the coupons that we found online!“

“I called in because I wanted to place my order with someone in America! I got Stepen on the phone. He said he would be happy to help and place my order. I ordered about 5 or 6 pizzas for a party. He was so nice and wonderful on the phone. My pizzas were made quickly, tasted amazing and were for a decent price! Thank you Stepen!!!! You made our party great!!!!“

“Food was great but the people there were AMAZING!! Front desk lady was polite and kind. The cook made a mistake on our order and she informed us that there was a delay due to this issue. We had no issues waiting and she provided free breadsticks cards for our next visit. This was not necessary at all but it was sure appreciated.“

“I just visited their drive thru and Kaylin (I hope I spelled that right) went above and beyond what I would imagine her job entails. After not having a certain flavor of chicken, she took it upon herself to help find a way that would appease my spicy-loving son without me even asking. Thank you for your extra efforts, caring attitude, and being such a happy light in this world, Kaylin- you deserve a raise!!“
