Horrible experience. Nobody cares including corporate when filing a complaint. Such a waste of time. Customer service is trash when they finally answer the phone only to hang up on you and then disconnect their phone line. Avoid this place. I've already filed an official complaint which obviously went nowhere and yet you send a generic response to file again. I'll call the appropriate number. Thanks for nothing.

For the past two weeks I’ve been trying to get a damn beef and cheddar and I just keep getting a Beef.
I only stop at Arby’s during my 30 minute lunch, it’s one of the few options we have in rockmart. I don’t have time to go back and correct it and I’m normally having to order for multiple people so I can’t check everything. I’m on a time limit.
I don’t know what they need to hear to put cheese on my sandwich but however I order it comes back wrong. This time I told them I want a beef and cheddar combo and I just get a beef sandwich. This is really starting to suck.
