For the past two weeks I’ve been trying to get a damn beef and cheddar and I just keep getting a Beef.
I only stop at Arby’s during my 30 minute lunch, it’s one of the few options we have in rockmart. I don’t have time to go back and correct it and I’m normally having to order for multiple people so I can’t check everything. I’m on a time limit.
I don’t know what they need to hear to put cheese on my sandwich but however I order it comes back wrong. This time I told them I want a beef and cheddar combo and I just get a beef sandwich. This is really starting to suck.

Whoever is working night shift Saturday 10/12 needs to go 45 minute wait for chicken they said would be 5 minutes.
Everything was great. The food was fresh and hot. We had chocolate milk shakes and they were good also. We didn’t have to wait in line long.the service was very quick and pleasant.
