We stop here every Sunday morning on our way to church and it has the friendliest employees. We have eaten at several Bojangles and this one in Rockmart, Georgia is definitely the best!!

No issues with food but staff always seems very preoccupied with personal drama and being very vocal about it with customers around. Cashier on 9/24/25 at 10am and many other days can't keep her face away from her personal cell phone instead of paying attention to her customers.

Quality of biscuits has really declined go through about every morning get same thing chicken biscuit bo rounds and coffee chicken is always tough went through last Friday morning ordered same thing 1combo chicken biscuit Bo rounds an coffee got to work had a sausage biscuit no Bo rounds Cedartown is way better

I pulled into the drive-thru at 9:43. One worker was at the cash register, another person was outside smoking, and someone else was taking out the trash. I waited for at least five minutes and said hello several times, but no one took my order. I will never come here again when they can't be bothered to serve customers during their posted hours.

Food is always great. Service is good most of the time. Someone should really replace the American Flag out front though. It’s looking pretty rough.

You would think after paying $15 for 2 biscuits that they would atleast be hot and the biscuit stay together when eating them.
Was looking foward to breakfast. Arrived and every door too the facility was wide open. Grossed me out so I left. All I thought about was every flying bug there is coming right in to a warm welcome!! I’m Assumning the ac was out but still not a good look for a food place. But what do they care!

Called approx. 9:30pm, on 5/25 spoke with person who spoke to manager, received burned fries and burned chicken after power outage and manager wanted me to ride back for refund after we waited 20 minutes plus, the manager should be replaced.

The Bojangles franchise is a joke. Especially in North Georgia. The staff is incompetent the general managers barely have a hold if any on the location they manage. And with knowing several of the people that work at these locations there's no way you could pay me to eat there. Do yourself a favor and just go to McDonald's.

Food was good. Birds swooping in when other patrons leave startled the wife and cleanliness became a concern. Feeding the fish seemed to be a hit with many as the pelicans were trying their best to get the fish being fed.
