The Bojangles franchise is a joke. Especially in North Georgia. The staff is incompetent the general managers barely have a hold if any on the location they manage. And with knowing several of the people that work at these locations there's no way you could pay me to eat there. Do yourself a favor and just go to McDonald's.

Food was good. Birds swooping in when other patrons leave startled the wife and cleanliness became a concern. Feeding the fish seemed to be a hit with many as the pelicans were trying their best to get the fish being fed.

Restaurant employees are the backbone of delivery services. So all respect goes to them. That being said, this place needs a lot of work in that department, or remove it completely. They hardly ever seem to know what orders are what.

This place was hoping today! They were packed inside and drive thru, but they were getting the orders done! Looked like a well oiled machine. The blonde lady, I think a manager had everything under control and everyone was super nice! April the cashier was so kind!

Don’t typically write reviews, but felt the need to for this place. Food was wonderful, one one my drumsticks, was a little less than warm but was still flavorful. The rest tasted fresh! The service was nice, ranch was 54c but that’s fine, tasted good! I felt bad for the employee cause she had said “I’m sorry I just work here.” She might have been under the impression I was gonna get mad about it; but I wasn’t. Overall food was great; service was great and will be coming back! :)

I try not to buy fast food. Being on the road a lot, it's sometimes unavoidable. I'll choose their Cajun Chicken on a biscuit. It's generally good, moist, though one time it was dry and had gristle chunks (very displeasing). However, that was just one time).
The drive-thru line generally moves swiftly.
The sandwich holds me for a good part of the day, so I feel the pricing is fair, well justified.

First off whoever works the day shift they're all great no complaints about them (have not went during the day recently), but you need new nightshift employees they stop making food and turn everything off about an hour BEFORE closing, this isn't a one time thing they always do it apparently after having it happen three times. Whoever the owner is needs to do something about an obvious issue with the workers closing up shop at night, not cooking more food a bit before closing time.

Is there ever a time you DONT have to wait 30 mins on an order? Just wondering because this place is awful. We’ve tried 3 different times recently and it’s always a long wait, people are rude, they seem lost like they don’t ever know what they are doing. And the most recent time, 2 employees were arguing about why each of them didn’t give us drinks… ?

I stopped here after yard saling with friends on a Saturday. There was a line but the staff displayed great teamwork and communication and knocked out the orders. I was impressed with their team and let them know.
