Every time we go to this location the customer service is amazing. I'd say they have some of the best, if not THE best, customer service in Rockmart.
Food is always fresh, hot, and well packaged. With the frequent deals available in the app, it's usually a good value for your money, too.
And the restaurant is usually pretty clean. I'm sure it can be hard at times to stay on top of the mess customers generate by the drink station and around the tables, but they generally do a good job. The kitchen area has always appeared well maintained.

Poor experience in the drive thru ordered onion rings and got fries do better Burger King Rockmart sorry people and food here I should have just went to McDonald next door at least they get my order right every time! Need my money back for this order I said onion rings twice and zesty sauce twice as well! Never again Burger King lost our business for ever! I want my onion rings!

My third time there. All three times my burger has been COLD. I specifically ask for a hot burger and extra onions. It was cold and had one ring of onion. You need to find another locate for you franchise. No problem waiting there has been no one there in the drive through all three times I have been there. That would have me something. Shame on me. QUALITY

Most concerning, however, is the store manager’s behavior engaging in deeply inappropriate and racially biased conduct toward employees behind their backs. This environment is unacceptable and reflects a serious lack of leadership and accountability.

I choose this place out of all the fast food places in Rockmart. The prices are a little bit pricier but the service and accuracy blows the other fast food places away. There is a manager that works Monday through Friday she is my absolute favorite. Her name is Kayleigh. The employees make sure everything is right and do not treat you like crap if there is a mistake. Thank you Burger King Team!!!

Order was wrong. When I got home. I called up there, the GM hung up on me when I asked for his name and Ashley the Asst Manager was rude and also hung up on me! Take your business somewhere else, this staff does not know what they are doing or how to treat their customers.
This place is a joke my girlfriend ordered 4 16 piece nuggets on DoorDash and only got 1 16 piece nugget and I called the store and they are refusing to even do anything about it

I had a really wonderful experience for lunch and was greeted with a friendly smile. The food was fresh & hot, I just wish my sandwich would’ve had the usual 2 pickles on my whopper jr. Other than that, I’d happily return😊

Please stop stopping every single vehicle. Tonight, two cars in front of us were pulled up and three cars behind us were also pulled up. They brought out the food, but half of it was missing.
