First off I'd like to say, this is why I NEVER go to Caption D's. For a 2 piece fish dinner with Mac N cheese ( .99¢ ) and a loaded baked potato ( $2.19 ) and you don't even get a drink with your meal. I got 2 medium drinks for $3.49 a piece. !!!! $22.00 for 1 combo meal.. That's highway robbery. Heck at least let everyone get there drink with there meal. And the fish tasted like chicken, it was awful, the baked potato was hard and over cooked. Shi if I wanted to screw up my food, I could have done that at home !!! BP 3rd shift girl ....

The food was ok but slow getting to us. but the little kid working the drive thru cussing someone out on her cell phone loud enough for everyone to hear was really rude and extremely annoying while trying to eat food. This place could use some management cuz it seems like the whole places ran by high school kids.

The food was good. Shrimp a little over done. The lady working is my favorite. She knows all her customers. Always happy and singing. Super friendly. Every time I go she's working. She needs a raise! Love her spirit and I would return just because of her! But the prices are way to high. 😉

Fairly newly built Captain D's. While ordering food in the drive through the young lady taking it order was very personable, up beat, well spoken, she spoke like she was happy to provide a respectful kind customer service and the days, it's extremely hard to find this type of positive attitude well mannered fast food employee so my husband and I were very grateful to have such a wonderful service provided. Our food was freshly cooked, we're given the condiments we ask for when we placed our order and the window exchange was an AWESOME positive great transaction and fantastic exchange between customer & employee. We definitely recommend!

Talk about shrinkflation! An order of clams strips, two pieces of fish, two pieces of chicken and ten shrimp. Per their website, clamstrips are 1/4 pound. Definitely did not receive anywhere close to that. The employee was super nice but tiny portions with big prices will keep me from coming back.
